After much research of available hybrid mattresses on Amazon and other places, I decided to purchase this Inofia Queen 12" Mattress. I am a big guy I am 6'2 325 lbs. So, choosing the best mattress for me became a challenge. I am very happy that I made the right choice with this one... Opening the mattress requires a little patience and planning. It went very well. It took about 24 hours for it to fully expand. There was no odor or bad smell at all. I am mostly a back sleeper with occasional side to side. The mattress to me is both soft enough on top and firm enough in support to make it a real pleasure to sleep on. I would rate it as being medium-firm. The foam is perfect and the springs really do isolate your movements. I do not feel and springs below. The mattress has maintained its shape with no dipping spots where I sleep. And it sleeps cool! The top cover is very nice. I am very happy that it does not get hot. The only negative that I have about the mattress is that it does not have side handles. I thought that it did based on what looked like blue side straps in the photos. It turns out that they are only a decorative piece. Overall, I am very happy with this mattress and highly recommend it for large people like me. A lighter person may feel it as being a little firmer. But, I am now a happy sleeper! ... show more

BED BUGS! We didn't even get to the 2nd step after opening the box and immediately saw bed bug dirt all throughout the creases of this mattress!!!! BEWARE!!!!

    • Hybrid Innerspring Double Mattress

I needed a mattress ,but I did not want to pay over $700 dollars. I reviewed this product and everything looked very good. The main reason for purchasing this product was because the warranty offered by the company. You can returned back if you are not satisfy. I decided to buy it, and in case it was not good it can be return. The mattress finally arrived, but to my surprised it was inside a box 2 feet wide by 5 feet high??. My curiosity grew more about it since I never seen a mattress this small. I opened the box very carefully, and pulled the mattress out of the box. It was rolled in plastic like a Mexican taco. I found the instructions and followed them step by step. We dudes do not follow instructions all the time, and something simple can turned into a nightmare because of it. The final step was to lay the mattress on top of the bed which I did. Once the glue was removed from the plastic, the mattress unrolled by itself and it started to expand like a balloon. I did not video the step ,but it was pretty cool to see this. It took 15 minutes to look like a real mattress. According to the instructions it will take 48 hours to look like a real mattress. I really enjoy and love the mattress it is really comfortable. I do not really write reviews like this, but save yourself some money and get this Hybrid for half of the price. I will update every 6 months to see how the product is holding up. Here's a very late update for this wonderful and super deal of a mattress. The item was purchased back in 2019, and for 2020 the mattress still feels like the first time. Now in 2021 one year after this awful virus, the mattress still feels like it was in 2019. I would recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent price. I will have another update later on when I get my vaccination. The media could not be loaded. This mattress is the best example of mattress in a box. It’s air tight and packed inside a box. I didn’t use the sharpen tool (given inside the box) to unwrapping the mattress wrapper. It’s very easy to remove the outside wrapper and it took less than 3 hours to come to original shape. But we allowed 12 hours before started using. We are continuously using the mattress the day it’s unwrapped; the cool covers and soft fabrics is helping us for pleasant sleep. We are not feeling any back pain or uncomfortable which we we used to get from the current one. There are no bad odor and very good in look.
