I gave this diffuser 4 stars because I was a bit disappointed with the size. It was hard to tell in pictures, but it is quite small. It also was a little tough taking the shade off. I did love the color selection for the illuminating light. It also diffuses nicely and worked in my large living room/kitchen area. I loved the detail of the shade, especially when having the light on. Unfortunately, my children accidentally knocked into it, it fell and the shade broke. I use this diffuser daily in my classroom. I fill it in the morning and in the afternoon. The combination of YL purification and lemon essential oils is a gentle smell and doesn’t bother anyone. My students like the lights and helping me choose the color/colors. It is noiseless and easy to clean by wiping the inside. This diffuser is so pretty and works great! I love that it’s not just white plastic like my others. The ceramic makes it look a step above. The only downside is the ceramic gets easily scratched; mine has some smudges just from bumping into the wall or something else on the shelf.
