Before purchasing, please be informed: My EUC stopped working after less than a mile of use. Avoid buying from Amazon as there's no support for repairs. Instead, purchase directly from the manufacturer, but research and contact their service department first; response may be lacking as there's no direct contact number and no local dealers or repair shops in the US. Amazon's only solution was a refund; they will pick up the item for return. The attached photo shows a maximum speed of 0.0mph and distance of 0.6 miles. Given the minimal usage before malfunction, this raises significant concerns about the item's durability and quality. **update: Having been approached by the company with a slight discount offer for the v13 model, urging me to trust their brand once again, I've come to realize the pitfalls of the v12. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this model entirely. The media could not be loaded. I have had a normal unicycle for a couple years and really enjoyed it So I decided to try out an electric unicycle The balancing that this electric unicycle has is incredible I also love the touchscreen on top that shows how fast you’re going and the battery I have already put 112 miles on it since I got it a week ago I also really love how powerful it is and that I can climb up steep hills going 30 miles an hour no problem One suggestion I have for those who are learning pick a grassy area to learn on that way you don’t beat up your unicycle so bad ... show more

Unfortunately, my purchasing experience with this seller has been extremely disappointing. This is the second unicycle I’ve bought from this seller, and it arrived with a serious defect. The first one emitted loud beeping noises during charging, signaling an issue, and the second one came with a completely drained battery. As is known, such a state can cause irreparable damage to the battery. I am deeply upset that my request for the item to be checked before shipping was ignored, resulting in me receiving a faulty device again.
