I was very nervous to purchase these cartridges based on the reviews I had seen earlier. I am here to tell you that the cartridges ACTUALLY WORK. You need to make sure the chip stays clean and if the printer doesn't read the first time get a dry cloth or paper towel and dab and/or clean the chip CAREFULLY. After that, the printer will read the cartridges fine. If your printer says it does not read the cartridge after this then remove the cartridges and replace them (It might take a couple of tries). make sure they are in tightly.     • DO NOT BUY THEY DO NOT WORK>
Unfortunately, the 1st time I bought them they worked for a month and then said the cartlidges are not readable. The ink was completely full. I ordered them again, which was dumb. These new ones I just put in last night are not readable except the blue. So DO NOT BUY. They DO NOT WORK.

They work perfectly fine for my epson 7310 wide format e-all-in-one printer. I purchased the printer never installed the original ink. I just filled these up and installed. Not 1 issue. The printer will tell you not epson ink buy just say ok. And get to sublimated. Now looking for a better ink. Spaceink is no good ... show more

    • I'm afraid to update my printer's firmware
I read another review that said to not update your Epson printer's firmware because it will no longer recognize the chips. So when I got the printer I never updated the firmware, and now I'm afraid to. These cartridges are working great for me using 'Printers Jack' dye sublimation ink. I assume because of the negative comments saying it didn't work, it was a difference in firmware - but I'm not sure. Good Luck! ... show more

    • Not able to read chip
I just now was able to use the cartridges, they are not able to be read, not sure what to do, I'm so upset they was expensive and don't work.

    • Worked perfectly!
Filled up with ink and put into the printer and worked perfectly. Didn't prime the cartridge or anything. Highly recommend! Only downside is I wish that it came with the syringes to fill the cartridges, had to buy them separately. For reference I have a WF-7820.
