Set up seemed scary but actually wasn't bad. New to the DTF print world but you do put it all together fairly quick. Just keep at it. Colors look amazing and cure process and oven settings (and setup) was another new process that was a little daunting but once you learn to use lighting to see the oven result things work out much better in the heat transfer stage. Learning print sizes and settings the work best and using the rip software is pretty exciting and rewarding when you figure something new out. A couple of shirts under my belt is really confidence building. I would do it again and this printer is a great first start. ... show more

It’s obvious I have a LOT to learn with this printer, but after struggling to get it setup (I hate reading directions) you NEED to read them! They are actually very self explanatory and step by step guide. I unfortunately had skipped a few steps and got myself in a “bind”. ⭐ Updated Review ⭐ When I first purchased this printer, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with Inksonic has been mixed. • The printer only prints one item at a time, which makes no sense for the cost of this machine. • The setup was delayed because the dongle that came with it did not work, and I had to wait days for a replacement. • Most concerning of all, the printer arrived with rust on the frame. Inksonic’s explanation—that this was due to moisture during shipping—is not reasonable. Rust suggests the frame (and possibly the entire printer) was not new, which raises serious concerns about quality control. To be fair, I will say Inksonic’s customer service is top notch when it comes to trying to fix a problem. They are responsive and willing to help. But at this point, sending the printer back would be a huge undertaking, and I remain deeply concerned about its long-term reliability and performance. ... show more
