Received this printer on the 15th, a full four days ahead of schedule. Had initial difficulties getting printer to run nozzle cleaning. Contacted tech support who scheduled an appointment for today at 8 PM. I spoke with Joy at Ink Sonic who spent 2 hours walking me through researching and then resolving the issue. Very simple solution once we knew what was going on. Also set up the software to allow for printing. Joy was perfect as a tech support. And I’ll happily ask for her again! I give a 5 star review to Joy my tech who spent 5 hours helpinge to get my white ink flowing.She walked me through each step and we got it working.this was about a week after set up. I gave 4 stars because of the annoying beep every time the ink stirrer starts and stops, there is no button to turn off the beep. The inksonic L1800 prints great. I am new to DTF I didn't realize that it is a little slow compared to sublimination printing. Set up went ok. I did follow their instructions and video, it was easy. The white overlay wasn't working, I didn't have program quite right. II used the support what's app and it was quick and easy.someone got me going in just a few minutes. My printer arrived with missing parts. Customer service was good at responding they are top notch . It took awhile to get the parts because they came from manufacturer in China I did contact them several times they responded every time. They made it right and sent everything.Im not going to lie, it was frustrating, but they did make sure everything was being sent. And it finally came. Make sure Iif you order this printer to take a video or pics as you unpack it just in case. They will ask you for pics of everything . It as packaged very well in a huge crate. The printer is huge and very heavy duty It has an automatic stirrer that beeps every time it starts and stops. This is very annoying. Inksonic needs to do something about this because they say you can't turn the noise off. I have this printer in the room next to my bedroom, I can hear it loud and clear. This is my only real complaint about this machine. This is the only reason why 4 stars. Inksonic just needs to make a shut off for persons who don't want to listen to beeps every 10 minutes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Functionality: Researching the L1800 I like the simplicity of the product. The printer so far has been beginner friendly. I did encounter a issue only because I didn't extract the white ink into the sacs, but through whatsApp Cherry was amazing and walked me through the steps. I would leave 0 stars if I could. The printer never worked, would not even turn on once I got it unpacked and set up. So I returned it and the company is keeping over 65% of my money as a restocking fee for a printer that was defective. Never order from this company advise you to order a USA made product that will actually work and has customer service hours that aren't in the middle of the night. ... show more

Cherry helped setup all the software and walked me through everything to get the printer running smoothly. I will update my review once I’ve used the printer a little more, but I was pleased with the little we used it during the start up process.
