I had some technical difficulties with getting my printer up and running properly. I had reached out through WhatsApp and received a time for technical support to reach out and help me. I had a technical support representative named Paisley that helped me. I am completely new to the whole DTF thing, but Paisley helped me out and got the kinks worked out in my printer set up. I would not buy anything from this company! They sold me a machine I paid 5,000 for it and it broke down 3 days after using it. After them sending me a replacement part I fixed it, and it broke down the very next day. I then told them I wanted to return it. They told me I would not get a full refund. I retuned it they gave me only 1800.00. I was out the rest. I had this machine for 3 whole days of use. They want you to be their tech and fix the machine while they tell you how over the phone. But they don’t pay you to fix your own machines. When you have to fix a machine like this you are simply their technician. I shipped it back to them before the 30 days. I had to fight with them for a couple months before Amazon finally stepped in and paid me the difference. These machines are junk. I will wait for USA to make one here and they have tech local. ... show more
