Bought 9 months ago.. let it expand for 48hrs before first use and has been perfect since! Very comfy to us. Nice and thick. We do rotate it around every 3-4mos like it recommends. If you like a SUPER soft mattress you sink down into it, this may not be for you. To me, it’s a perfect mixture of softness and firmness. Some sinking down into it but also supported well. Forms back well after you get up.

I've had this bed for about 3 weeks and I absolutely love it except for the edges lol I e almost fallen off the bed a couple of times because I forgot the edges sink or squish into my bedframe. Luckily a little piece of cardboard under the mattress helps a lot. It's very comfortable, expanded great. I'm a big girl (weight) I feel supported. Great size Definitely suitable for all family members great quality arrived sooner than it said. Great support

Some of the people reviewing this product probably ate paint chips as kids. I see allot of reviews complaining about measurements, height, firmness etc. All I ask is, did any of them actually follow the directions? Or just open the mattress and probably slept on it the same night.🤦♂️. Follow tge directions rooms, I ordered the 14 in, I opened it up and let it fluff up over 72 hours, line the directions suggest, and my mattress is actually over the 14in advertisement. Once bed full expands you won’t be able to tell it’s a hybrid mattress. Mattress is firm, but still soft on top, but not too soft. One person bouncing around on their side doesn’t not vibrate the other side. I just bought $2000 Serta mattress one year ago and this mattress is just comfortable if not better for a fraction of the price. Fits perfectly on my king size bed frame from Amazon.

At first I didn't think that the box that came had the right mattress in it, because it wasn't really that large. It was really heavy though, so I dragged it inside and opened it up. It comes super tightly rolled up and vacuum sealed, and when I cut open the plastic, it started inflating and puffing up right away. (Make sure to only open this thing up in the room you want it in, and give it plenty of room!) Sure enough, yea, it was the full size i'd ordered. I have no idea how they roll these things up so tight. Anyway, first night sleeping on it, it was a bit more firm than I was expecting, and I was unsure of it. Second night though, it'd puffed up all the way, and felt quite a bit better. They aren't kidding when they say that these things need a couple days to fully expand. Best nights sleep i've had in quite a while. Good stuff.

Incredible Mattress and incredible customer service. I had to wait for my bed frame to come in, I was sleeping on a flimsy mattress before. This mattress is very comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone that has back problems from any other mattress. Great quality, definitely will tell all my family and friends about this company on Amazon. They understood every issue I was having. Just amazing. Great support, right to size, easy to carry, I was amazed by how quick it got air back in the Mattress when I unseal it, amazing (I unseal or cut it with the tool given to me so it didn’t cut the mattress by the company). Truly one happy customer. No damage to mattress, great quality and I can finally sleep great again.
