This is a great harness. My chihuahua is most comfortable in these mesh step-in style harnesses, but I’ve had several before this that stretched out over time, which means that they can slip off. This one hasn’t! It’s kept its size and shape, and feels a bit thicker and more durable than others I’ve had. I chose the pink color (for my girly girl), and it looks adorable. She is 6lbs and the XXS fits her perfectly. Theres a bit of room to spare with the adjustable Velcro. It’s great not to have worry about it slipping, fits nice and snug. Best harness we’ve tried, our almost 6 lb mini schnauzer pup loves hers she’s almost outgrown the xxxs but she’s worn it happily for the last few months. I like how snug you can make it and the double attachment to the leash feels very secure and safe. Great design!

They’re comfortable and easy to get into for the dogs and to put them in the problem with this one is the dogs too fat!!! I wish they had it two XL. That would be a. better fit!! This harness is perfect for small dogs, particularly ones who don't exactly enjoy being put into one. With a velcro closure and a single clip for the leash, it's much easier to put on than harnesses with multiple straps. I lay it flat on the floor, set my little guy down with his front paws in the openings, and cinch him in before he knows it. I love that it's soft and breathable, the thickness is perfect (although don't count on it for warmth, as it's not designed for that), and although Bear doesn't care about fashion it's great that it comes in so many colors and looks snappy. If there's a drawback it's that you don't have as many options for adjusting the fit as you do with strap harnesses, but I've used it on multiple dogs of varying sizes and shapes, and it's always worked well, so that's a minor issue for me. None of them have slipped out of it, or even tried, so I can't comment on that, but I like the positioning of the closure and leash ring, which minimizes stress on the chest/neck for dogs who might be pullers. Size estimates are correct, and the design accommodates size differences within each range, so measure your wee beastie and order accordingly. They wash up easily when needed, and the price is (at least at the time of purchase) reasonable for what you get, so you can have multiple ones on hand. ... show more

This is the best harness if you have an escape artist dog like mine! First off let me start by saying my dog has a very good life. She has a massive (fenced in) yard to run in, endless toys, home cooked food, a bougie vet, free range of my house 24/7, and can let herself in and out while I am at home whenever she wants, as well as so many more perks its ridiculous. So I cannot understand why my dog tries to escape at every chance she gets. I cannot tell you how many times I have chased after her down the road, into a corn field, into my neighbors yards, and so on. She chews through fabric leashes, slips out of harnesses, squeezes through gates, climbs over chainlink fences, parkours over walls, digs under walls... you name it... she will do it. My neighbors call her houdini for obvious reasons. This is the ONLY thing that actually keeps my dog with me! It definitely gives me comfort when she wears hers, it feels secure, there is still room for her to move about comfortably, and the triple lock gives me so much peace of mind. She was about a year old in this photo, and now she is 3, so she is a grown woman and needs to size up from a small to a medium. I have tried other harnesses but they simply do not live up to what this one can do. Not having the anxiety of her potentially escaping is well worth the money I paid for this harness.
