    • Great speakers, some of the mounting holes were cracked but didn't affect installation.
Beautiful sound. I will say that both pairs of speakers had tabs that were broken but it didn't affect mounting. I paired this set with the Taramps TS 800x4. It's nearly perfect. These are rated at 100W RMS and the Taramps TS 800x4 is rated at 156W RMS with 14.4v input voltage. I figure I'm running under 14v so likely putting a little over 120W RMS into these and they're perfect. ... show more

    • Decent even without an amp..
For an oblong 6x8 these are pretty darn incredible sounding. Hooked them up and was surprised how loud they got just powered by my pioneer head unit.. but paired with a decent 4 channel amp, they really scream. They have "true 4 ohm impedance" (which really means your speaker wires plus these speakers will equal 4 Ohms).. so my amp rated for 100 watts RMS at 4 ohms and 150 at 2 ohms should be delivering something close to 125 RMS to these... A dummy resistor test calculated out to to 124.4, so that seems accurate. A little on the brighter side, but they have a manual adjustment button to drop the tweeters 3db and after tweaking EQ settings, these actually sound delightfully warm (I usually prefer Alpine but these were like 200$ cheaper and seem like they might even be higher quality than the type Rs in my VW). Really haven't seen quality like this at this price before. Highly highly recommend. ... show more

The speakers themselves are great, unfortunately my first order of 2 sets showed up with the cheapest 6x8 speakers sold by Skar in the box. Don't order from Amazon Warehouse Deals, I figured I'd save a few bucks but the person who accepted somebody's return is incompetent, that set my install back a couple weeks. My new set is ordered and on the way. I've installed lots of these, these and Kicker CS 6x8's are some of my favorites to put in the Ford trucks these fit in. ... show more

    • Great sound quality, solidly built, awesome speakers.
Superb sound quality - fit great in my 2010 F150. The only downside is having to buy the factory speaker adapter - it wasn’t available for my truck on Amazon and I had to wait a few extra days. However, once those arrived it was a simple plug and play install. The sound of these speakers is incredibly crisp and clear, really good low end bass (picking up frequencies that my factory speakers wouldn’t even attempt), no distortion even at higher volumes. Build quality seems excellent. I like the adjustable directional tweeters, they also have a toggle on them to boost the db output. Overall I’m super happy with them. High end sound quality, pretty good price. I’d definitely recommend them! ... show more

Ya habia tenido infinity antes y se que su calidad es muy buena , gran claridad, buenos agudos , pero las consideraba bocinas que no podias darle mucho volumen por que sufrian. No es el caso con estas bocinas tienen exelente calidad y ademas buena potencia. me gustaria escuchar las 6x9 deben ser exelentes.     • Great volume, great sound, and great mod base.
Amazing sound! Specially the mid-range base. Definition at low volume y not great, but it brightens up from mid to high. I pair this with (Amazon basics) sound deadening on the inside of my doors and around the speaker mounting area.
