    • Love the chair - much like old Brookstone rock and recline massage chair
I purchased a Brookstone Rock and Recline chair a few years back (before their stores went out of business) and love the chair. I used it almost every day sometimes more. Decided I wanted one for downstairs and they no longer sold the chair. After looking online I found this one and it looked identical but with some upgraded features. Must say I’m just as happy with this chair as the first. Info for others: chair is compact in design so it takes up little space and is not intended to be, or perform like, one of those huge and bulky full body chairs. It’s does have pre-times cycles which you can extend by restarting or changing cycles as you “get close to the end” of a cycle. The massage can be intense so I put a blanket or towel on the backrest and it’s perfect, plus it keeps the chair clean since the cats love to sleep on it. Never found the rocking feature beneficial or useful but that might just be me. On this chair, unlike my Brookstone version, after the massage cycle completes the chair remains in recline position and I manually “un-recline”. Personally I don’t find this to be a lounge type of chair- as others have said you can slightly feel the rollers in the buttocks when not in massage cycle. The leg rest vibration is a feature my Brookstone chair does not have but as noted by others it’s louder than I’d prefer (more annoying/distracting) and doesn’t do much. I just leave it off. The chair IS easy to move on solid flooring but much less so on carpet. Hope this info is helpful and in summary - I love this chair, it’s a great price for the features, the massage cycles are powerful and effective. Slight improvement over the Brookstone model and I think it’s exactly as they advertise. (PS - I even reached out to their customer service before I got the chair - hoping they could help with my Brookstone chair - and they were diligent in follow up and their attempts to help) ... show more

chair perfect for me. I am 5"6 and 150 pounds.My husband 6" and 185 pounds,so his legs a little long for this chair, but for legs it is vibration only anyway,so it is not a big concern...very strong massage for back and shoulders. I like it personally better, then chair we get before this one, for 8 thousand , because its simple,do not takes a lot of room and doing job just fine.Our friend who is 220 pounds do not fit in this chair. Our expensive massage chair we get before this one has a lot of more options, but start has a problems after 2 months with electronics ,so we return it . I've been through 3 massage chairs to get to this one which is the perfect chair. My first one was WAY too big, and the next was way to weak with not enough options. This one is great because it has zero gravity and reclines back. It does it in a way that you can have it very close to the wall (in case you don't have much space). Mine came in a chocolate brown and has the quality of a larger Infinity Massage Chair. I was very happy with my choice of purchase when I checked out all the settings. My negative: The only reason I don't give it a perfect 5 is because it is quite small. I am 6 foot tall and I am about as tall as you should be for this chair. If you are short, THIS CHAIR IS FOR YOU! If you are over 6 foot, just don't buy this chair, get a different model! I was able to test this chair out a while back at Costco and I loved it then. As long as you're under 6 foot, you'll love it and the price is right! Buy with confidence! ... show more

First, the delivery guys were fantastic. Brought it right in my front door. Took me 2 seconds to unpack and set up. Looks great. I’m 5’6” and curvy. It fits me perfectly. Best massage ever! I’ve only done the rest and sleep so far. Absolutely love zero gravity. I can use this as a regular chair. I can feel the mechanism but it’s not uncomfortable. It’s only 3 feet tall!     • DO NOT BUY - TERRIBLE PROGRAMMING
The chairs has great massage features and its small design is great for a home office or small bedroom. THERE IS A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW with this chair - it will only operate for 10-15 minutes, depending on what program or manual cycle you select. I have called the manufacturer and confirmed this - the chair shuts down and returns to "closed position" after no more than 15 minutes. You cannot stay reclined, even without massage feature on. The chair basically "ejects" you after its programmed time and there is nothing you can do to stop this from happening. Why would anyone would design such a feature? Awful, put your money towards another option. ... show more
