I probably have multiple number of request for ratings of these products and I have to admit that I am terrible at responding as I try to beat back the email hydra! It certainly is not because of this product. First, the service and the timeliness can not be better. Only one time in our relationship has an item received been broken, which is an unbelievable statistic considering how much I have purchased. ( I have at least 24 screw lid jars for my variety of loose leaf tea; I am a serious tea drinker, very picky and I expect my product to be protected!) These jars are simply fantastic in keeping my tea fresh and the taste as it was upon delivery...many several months ago. I don't know what else to say besides simply if you don't own their products then you are using something inferior! ... show more

I use these of my tea. A large needle tea will fit a tad under 1/2lb and just under a lb of smaller leaf. They come with little labels. I use those on the back with temp, time and amt of tea. I created my own labels for the front. The tops are heavy plastic, but blends in well with glass container. They screw close; much better than other methods. ... show more
