I got this stand specifically for set 77256 as I wanted to display the 2015 version in flight. Like other speed champions sets the main frame required three 1x4 plates to adapt for the stand as the studs don't match up. See in the picture how I used three green plates leftover from my Christmas tree. As it was a two pack, I used the extra for my City series monster truck. It gives a nice pose but may also need a few bricks to create a clearance under the chassis. All in all, very happy with these stands and plan to buy more in the future.

Son built a spaceship but it sat too high on his shelf to really see it. He asked if I could lower the shelf or mount another one. Found this on Amazon and it works great. He displays his spaceship at a 45 degree angle and fully supports the weight. Saved me a trip to Lowes. Highly recommend.

Right off the bat, I’ll just say that I like this stand a lot. It was easy to assemble & appeared to be perfect for SPEED Champion sets. However, I found that under the chassis of the speed champion set does not lend itself well to the studded plate on this display. There’s two channels on the chassis that will not connect to the display plate securely. I’ve highlighted in the photo where it looks like the stand should attach. The bottom part of the display plate is also asymmetrical so you cannot simply rotate it 90 degrees. What I ended up doing is attaching a flat 4x6 plate perpendicularly to the chassis and that seemed to do the trick. Because the plate was flat, it’s also not visible unless you’re actively looking underneath it. I don’t think this is a huge problem because if you’re into danish bricks, chances are you have spare pieces laying around that will allow you to make the modifications necessary to make this work. Also, while the item’s listing did state that you’ll have to supply your own bricks to adjust the height, there’s no mention of using your own bricks to make adjustments necessary to display a speed champion car. The other feedback I have for the maker of this display is that I wish it had a non-slip bottom. Right now, it’s just hard plastic & I would have appreciated either rubber or silicone. Side note: I tried this on the [non-UCS] batman tumbler and it works with the same modifications as the speed champions set. That all said, I think if the maker of this display addresses my feedback about the non-slip bottom & a different mounting plate, this product would go from pretty good to great. I’d still recommend it to danish brick fans… just be forewarned that some tinkering may be necessary. 4/5
