First fountain was damaged during delivery, but Ruby from customer service was very responsive and promptly sent out a replacement. Great customer service! Fountain was easy to set up in about 10 minutes. Just a slight fine-tuning of the pump adjuster and it gets a good flow of water cascading down without much splashing. Be aware that it’s not a loud sound of water - it’s more of a soft trickle. LED lights on the top and bottom give off a good glow - it’s probably on the whiter side of warm. The fountain is made out of resin and fiberglass - which is essentially a reinforced epoxy plastic. That makes the fountain very light and easy to move around when it's empty. Time will tell if the fountain will last - since it’s a kind of plastic, sunlight may fade the coloring over time and weather exposure may eventually crack plastic, but the fiberglass may make it more durable. Hopefully, I’ll get at least a few years worth of use in the California sun. The fountain is very attractive looking and just what I was looking for. I plan to get a filter bag for the pump to prevent debris clogs and use water treatment additives to limit algae growth and hard water stains. I’m happy with it so far.

We really like the look, soft sound and ease of this fountain. We have it in our enclised patio room and it is very nice. Well made and looks very nice. The lights are nice at night, and the soft water trickle is soothing, but not loud! Very simple to put together. Highly recommend!

I'm really enjoying this fountain. The size is perfect just outside my office window. What I like the best is the SOUND the water makes trickling from one spot to the next. It's perfect; you can hear it but not overwhelming. It's a calming back ground noise. I'm thinking if I put more pebbles in it, it might be just a little bit louder. At nighttime, the lighting is subtle not at all overbearing and certainly doesn't disturb a night sky;)

This fountain is wonderful and I'm so glad I ordered it. The sound is very soothing and the lights at night are stunning. The fountain is light, only 33 lbs. and very easy to get it up and running. Very satisified.

Product looks beautiful and works and sound great..Mine starting leaking out of base within minutes..like it was seeping thru the casting, maybe imperfection, unknown. lets see how much of hassle to return and get another.

This is a beautiful fountain for both indoors or outdoors. The look of real stone and pottery. Easy to set-up, fill with 3 gallons of water, connect pump and connect the plug for lights. Plug into the wall outlets and you are all set. Water flows nice and the pump does not make any noise. The top tier is a do as you want with it, as you can see from the photo we have flowers in it and that tier does not fill or pump water from it.

I originally had been looking for some type of light for the area and something that could fill a corner space at the same time. When i came across this i was thrilled. It arrived on time.. not in a day or two but in the time promised. It was packaged well thankfully as the box took some damage. It went together pretty easy. The directions werent the best and the youtube video suggestions were no longer active. But after a few minutes i had it figured out. I do wish the water flow was more adjustable than what it is. And it is a bit loud. In a quiet house, at night. I can hear it running from my bedroom upstairs. It looks very modern and sleek. Fits perfectly where I wanted it to and so far no issues.

This is a really nice looking fountain, but at night it looks amazing. Decent height, decent weight and easy assembly. Attach hose to pump, add water, put pump into water plug in and install cover. It has to power plugs, 1 for pump and 1 for the light. There is no light switch, so the light will continue to run unless you unplug. Lights might promote algae growth, so I put my light on a waterproof timer. The one thing that worried me was the hole that drains the water back into the tank. It's a dime size hole, but I would think bugs, lizards or small frogs might go into that hole. I got creative and added a screen filter. Hopefully this will help. If you're looking for a fountain, I would give this one a look.
