My dog loves it! I like that it has some structure. It is a plastic frame, but not like other beds that flop around as my dog moves. It is very chic! My dog is a poodle/jack russell mix, about 15 lbs. I ordered the large, it is too big for her, but I will keep her castle! I could have ordered the Medium. The only thing is that the pillow that comes with it is not very thick, we have carpeting upstairs, so that is not a problem, but if it will be used on hard floor, you might need to buy a supplement pillow for your dogs comfort. ... show more

It's absolutely everything I was hoping it would be. I sleep with a CPAP machine which is much less suffocating when I keep my room very cool. One morning I woke up and noticed Stella (52 lb pit mix) was shivering, so we got this house which has the velvet-like covering, and added an electric blanket. It comes with a plush pad, but she already had a bed and we simply put that inside of the house. Set up was simple. Stella was a little leery at first, and it took some minor coaxing to get her to try it. But once she did try it she seems to absolutely love it. She willingly walks between the "curtains" into her warm snuggly cave, and doesn't come out for 8 or 9 hours. It's cute to see just her nose resting out of the side window which also has "curtains". Oops, she just came down after 10 hours and I've got to take her out. Rarely has a product fit a need so perfectly for me. ... show more

So I bought a little school bus for my chihuahua and my Brussels Griffon was super jealous. So since he’s a bigger boy and can’t fit in the kitty school bus, I searched and thought this was a nice one for him. He seems to enjoy it and it’s a good size for him. He’s about 18 pounds.
