I absolutely love these in-home security cameras. I own several throughout my house, and they’ve given me so much peace of mind, especially at night when my kids are asleep. The app is extremely easy to use, the image quality is crisp, and the night vision is shockingly clear — I can see everything, even in complete darkness. The 2K resolution makes a huge difference. The picture is sharp, and with the 360° horizontal and 110° vertical pan/tilt, I get full coverage with no blind spots. I also love the motion detection and tracking features. I am updating my original1 star review to 5 Stars. After the frustration of not being to able to get any real help, I sent an E-mail to Litokam and was surprised to get a response within a few hours. I was sent more instructions to try OR they would send me an upgrader 5 GHz Camera at no charge. I tried the instructions to no avail and sent in a reply for the upgrade. I received the camera a few days later and boom! It set up immediately and works great. Picture quality is outstanding, sound is good and tracking is reasonable. I am very happy with the camera and feel much better about their customer service. With all the new technology with Live Chat, Download Videos and such, an old fashion E-Mail got the job dome. Received the camera on time and in good condition. Went to set up the camera, downloaded the app, no problem. Watched the setup videos from Litokam plus a couple on You Tube. For three days I tried to get Wi-Fi to connect. "Connection failed". Tried calling Litokam but got message phone system not working go on line. Went on line... Live Chat... was to told to reboot my Wi-Fi so I did but the call dropped? Went back to Live chat and it would not answer. Did this for over a week. Finally sent an E-Mail to support and got an answer back within a couple of hours asking if I had a 5GHz router. I responded I had a Dual Band Router and never heard from them again. It's been two weeks trying to set up this camera. I understand this could be a defective unit and normally I would reorder a new one but since I can't get customer service I can't see waisting my time. Plenty of other brands out there.

Bought this for my living room. I already have two other of the same brand cameras in our young children's rooms to monitor them and what not so I already had the app and everything. Setting up took less than 2 minutes. It says it won't work on 5 GHz but I don't have an option for the 2.4 ghz for my internet and there was an option on the pop-up in the app that said to skip this and I skipped it and the camera seems to work on 5 ghz. Pretty clear picture, easy to install and mount. I wish the power cord was a few feet longer. I also am not a fan of how you rotate the camera. You swipe your finger up and down or side to side to move the camera. When you are mounting the camera to the wall bracket, make sure the screws are in really tight or the camera will flop down and not stay up. Then you're just looking at the wall. All in all decent camera for the price.

I purchased two of these cameras. One of them works well and I have had no issues with it. Unfortunately, I only recently opened the second one, which had remained in its box, and discovered that it was completely damaged. As you can see in the photos, the housing is cracked in several places and the front cover is broken. More importantly, the DC 5V / micro-USB power port itself is damaged and pushed inside the unit, so the camera cannot even be properly connected to power. This is not simply cosmetic damage. The internal power connection is physically broken. The condition of the camera also makes me question whether this unit was previously used, returned, or already damaged before being sold to me as new. I understand that a lot of time has passed since my purchase, so I am probably outside the return window. However, I am leaving this review because customers purchasing a new product should not receive an item in this condition. The fact that my other camera works properly makes this even more disappointing. Check your camera carefully as soon as you receive it, including the power port, even if you are not planning to install it immediately. I am including photos so other buyers can see exactly what I received.

Generally, these are excellent cameras, and believe me, I've had many, many brands over the years. They're surprisingly inexpensive and come with lots of features. Now, with their new AI features, they can even send your phone notifications that they've "seen" people, cars, or other items the AI can identify. The only drawback I'm finding, as I'm installing a couple more today, is that they can't look down! This is very frustrating when, like most security cams across the entire Earth, you want to put them up high so they can look down over an area! What designer decided looking down wasn't important? So, do not put them up on a corner of a tall bookcase to look down over a room. No putting them up high in the corner of a hallway to look down through it. Now, they do look UP with no problem! This means they would be very efficient if you hang them upside down. But I'm not going to screw these into the ceilings all over the house and garage. Also, if you choose to buy these, be sure to get MicroSD cards for them, as they can't store images or videos onboard without them - unless you want to pay monthly for online Cloud storage. Even without cloud storage, it's easy enough to access their storage away from home on the smartphone, so there's no downside.
