This incubator worked awesome! It is truly fool proof- put the eggs in, set the temp and let it go. In the first batch I put 20 eggs in, that’s all I could comfortably fit (chicken), and 19 developed and 17 hatched! Features that I didn’t know I would appreciate: - auto egg turner, which turns off at day 18 - easy water refilled from the outside. I only needed to use 1 water bottle to keep the humidity levels where they needed to be but it was easy to access and measure when I needed to refill. - some sort of power outage setting saving. On day 23 I went to clean out the egg shells so turned the incubator off however when I opened the lid I heard chirping. I helped to crack the shell for that egg and put it back in the incubator and when I turned it back on it picked back up on day 23. - easy to clean- everything falls to the bottom so it was simple to clean out and sanitize.

I hatched some ducklings in it and it was easy to operate. Hatch rate was pretty good.At first, the humidity was low but then I filled the other bottle and put it in Port B and the humidity went up. Temperature was easy to regulate.

I wanted a larger incubator to hatch more but I should have just bought the better one. This was all wrong the entire time. I couldn't get it to stay the temp I needed or the humidity. I lost out on a bunch of chicks but my other incubator worked great so it's just this brand I'm guessing.

We’re new to this incubating and it didn’t seem like it was actually rotating the eggs. And then candling them looked like there was a perfect line down the middle of egg. Put a mark on the top of eggs and maybe 1/4 of them actually moved. I haven’t had a chance to see if there is a way to adjust it if it’s not rotating the eggs. Temperature is very steady and reliable. Been having some issues with regulating the humidity and we are still working on that one. So far I’m not impressed with the unit.

For the price, this is a decent incubator. It took me a practice hatch to dial in how to use the water bottles to keep humidity up and the temperature gauge is slightly high so I had to adjust the hatch temp down to compensate. A lid handle would be helpful for opening the incubator for removing the egg turner. I lost control and the internal sensor cracked into one of my eggs. So far I've hatched turkeys and chickens and love the concept of the adjustable lanes for turning - so much versatility! The height is pretty low so I don't particularly like to keep the chicks or turkey poults in there too long since they can't even stand up.
