How do I set up the automatic egg turning function? You just need to check and set the incubation days or reset the machine. The automatic egg turning function will restart. Why can't the machine turn automatically, and why does it not turn during the manual egg test? The system will automatically stop turning the eggs 4 days before the end of the incubation days you set. (After the automatic egg function stops, you cannot manually test the egg turning by pressing the button.) Why is the humidity and temperature in my incubator unstable? Please check if the control panel can be lifted easily. The transparent top cover of the egg projector aligns and installs. Once it is locked into place, the humidity and temperatures will stabilize effectively.

This incubator is so easy to set up that even someone who has never done it before can do it! It comes pre-programmed for chicken eggs, but can be changed to fit the needs of any bird that would fit inside it from quail to geese. Everything fits together nicely! The two interchangeable trays are wonderful because the incubator can be used for either small or large eggs which makes it an awesome value because all of the other incubators that I have seen only come with one size tray and if you want a size for a different size egg then you have to purchase them separately which is an additional cost. The reason I chose this incubator is because of the clear plastic covering that goes around the heating element; we raise geese and ducks and with some of our previous incubators the waterfowl have gotten their heads hung in and around the heating element while they are drying off because they are taller than chickens, but there's no way they can get their heads hung in this one; it is also a bit taller so there's more space between the hatching area and the heating element. The incubator also comes with automatic humidity controlling water bottles so it can control the humidity itself. In regards to temp and humidity so far it seems to be doing a great job at staying accurate and steady. The last really helpful feature of this particular incubator is how easy it will be to clean out; everything is plastic and cleanable; the motor unscrews from the top so you can get to the inside and clean out the downy fluff that comes with hatching, it even comes with a brush for cleaning. We are super excited to have this incubator and will undoubtedly keep it going all Spring. Update: The incubator is still doing great! It hasn't stopped running since we plugged it in; we are now hatching duck eggs in it which like the humidity a bit higher so the automatic water filling bottles are extra beneficial for them. This is a great incubator for small hatches and especially for families who want their children to be able to see the incubation process because of the clear plastic the entire process can be seen and enjoyed. We might just have to order another one!

It's an outstanding and easy to use incubator! It's a great value for the money as well! We had all but given up hatching baby chickens due to our experience with another "electronic" incubator, but this one has us back in action. We had a far better hatch rate with this one as well. So far, we've hatched one batch of chicks. We did have one problem on about day 4 of the first batch though. The transformer suddenly failed and began putting out a pulsed DC output. The incubator began flashing on and off. Once we discovered the bad transformer, we cut the power cord and spliced in a 12V Marine battery to keep the chicks going. We notified the company through Amazon, and they sent us a replacement right away. We were impressed with their customer service. The incubator wasn't damaged, and we put the new transformer in place to finish the batch of chicks. I'd definitely recommend this incubator!

Have used this Incubator for 3 rounds of eggs already and it has made it extremely easy! The temperature control and thermometer that are built in work great! (I used a meat thermometer to compare and it was the same temp). Humidity gauge is also a very nice addition. My hatching rate using this incubator has been over 90% and as high as all the eggs hatching. The water bottles for humidity control have been nice, since it uses water automatically as it needs it to reach optimal conditions. And the AUTO-TURN feature.... soooo helpful! 100% Recommend for beginners! Hard to not Recommend when I bought 3 of these incubators already. Takes a majority the guess work out of it. Just make sure to read the instructions and use the manufacturer recommended settings.

Our incubator quit turning eggs on day 4. We contacted customer service. They had us do a factory reset. We were never able to reset the Hatch Days setting. Every time we delt with customer service we had to wait several days for a response. They asked for video, we sent video. They had us do multiple factory resets, had us push all the same buttons the manual said to hit, still isn't working right. We originally asked for a replacement unit. The request was ignored. We were advised to contact a different email, same responses (hit all the same buttons). Asked for a refund, this to was ignored. It was if they thought we were incapable of following the simple directions. Many times it seemed like they didn't even read the information that we provided. Unit still not functioning properly, no refund, and no replacement. Very disappointed in the product, and the unwillingness of the company to provide a resolution. In short, spend your money elsewhere. This is an untrustworthy product. Perhaps just a one off, but we will never know, because all of our requests went unanswered.

I have 4 of these. They work great for the most part but seems to be picky if your counter isn’t super level and water won’t go in and your humidity will come down but you just have to keep an eye on it. I love that you can switch to the turner for larger eggs. I hatched peacock eggs in this. One thing that needs improvement is the light. It’s not very bright.

This is an amazing egg hatching incubator. We hatched out 15 ducklings with 100’% hatch rate. We put in18 eggs, 3 were not fertile leaving 15 eggs to hatch. On day 28 all 15 eggs hatched and are adorable and health. This incubator made the whole experience so easy. Once the settings were entered I didn’t have to make any adjustments except to refill the water bottle to maintain proper humidity and that was only every few days. I attribute our success to the consistency of the settings that kept the environment at the proper temperature and humidity for the ducklings to develop properly. I highly recommend this incubator!

Update 10/27/25: We are now up to having 22 of these units from various suppliers and retailers through Amazon. We have hatched thousands of chicken and quail, more Quail than chicken. To be fair. You can't find a better incubator for the price that can handle this many eggs. It would be more convenient for us to get a cabinet incubator at this point, but we have spent less than $500 total for 22 incubators. A cabinet incubator with the same output would cost north of $1,500. So this is the better value, albeit more work. Based on all the bad reviews, apparently I got one of the only good ones? I have purchased a total of four different versions of this machine from different brands and retailers on Amazon. They're probably made in the same factory but stamped with a different brand or whatever. I have had several successful hatches with these things. I'm not sure why everyone seems to struggle with heat or humidity but you are supposed to use certain bottles for certain times of the incubation period so there are different volumes of water exposed below. My guess is that these other users were using the inappropriate bottle or they didn't have the second bottle installed empty which is instructed to do so to prevent humidity from escaping there. Read and follow those instructions very carefully. Anywho, if you're gonna use this thing for quail, cut the duck egg divider like my photo and you can fit 48 quail eggs in this thing.
