Note: Due to the manufacturing process, patterns of two pieces of flooring may not match or align exactly along the seam when two mats are laid side by side. I assume the product was fine on the roll at the factory. When sent to me the edges were cut very poorly and not to the dimensions given in the advert. They accepted my return but only if I pay to ship back. This would be acceptable had I changed my mind but not when I didn't receive what they advertised. Looked up multiple shipping methods and it would cost 3/4 what the rolls cost me. I'd also have to figure out how to repackage this monstrous roll. Absolute robbery. If the product had come in the right size or if they had done more than say 'just send it back on your dime' I would have rated solid as it looked nice. ... show more

After spending a couple of weeks on refinishing my garage floors, I was hoping to get something so I would never have to do this again. This mat, while expensive, has so far worked out very well. It was a little difficult to rollout given it's size, weight and the fact that it's rolled inward. But that inward roll also helps it lie flat after being laid out. I haven't had any problems with corners coming up and no issues with any tears (I park my car on it everyday). ... show more

It arrived with a tear but I figured it wasn’t worth the return hassle. I’ve only been using for about a month and now the issue is that it curls up on both ends. Shows lots of wear in the middle where the car parks. I would not recommend.
