This is a terrific cat house! It is large and all pieces are made with good strong material. It took awhile to put together but it wasn't difficult, and the end result is a solid, well-built and insulated 2-story home for the feral cat who has been around for over a year. It is very cold where we live so we really appreciate the extra insulation. However, we keep this on a raised covered porch next to our garden shed where there is no electricity for any plug-in heat source, so we still plan to get another thick, soft pad for the bottom floor to help provide extra comfort and warmth in the winter. The upstairs balcony is a great touch since it allows "Shadow" to hang out under a cover and still watch the deer and the turkeys in the yard. We put the house out last week and the cat is still afraid to go inside, but we hope that the catnip mice I placed inside and on the balcony may finally intrigue his curiosity. This house is pricey, but I got it on sale and think it looks nice and is good value for the price. Most importantly, I hope the cat comes to appreciate having a safe place to hunker down, especially when it is cold and snowy.

Just received this cat house. It was super simple to put together and is plenty roomy for three cats. The strays, Biscuit, Gravies and Mellow Yellow, have already checked it out though haven't went inside yet. I will watch tonight to see if they go inside. I didn't put the flaps on the openings as I feel that would be a deterrent until they are used to going in and out. Once they use the shelter for awhile, then I will test the flaps on it. I have put in bedding that they were sleeping on elsewhere so it has their scent inside. Again, They've checked it out thoroughly on the outside and peeked inside...I feel once it gets cold enough over the next few nights that they'll go inside. Fingers crossed. I'll add an update and pictures once they try it out. It is super cute though and again, super easy to put together!!!

I already bought two of these and now a third! They are decent size and easily fit 3-4 cats. I have one outdoor cat and 4 feral that have shown up. I put food right inside and they have been sleeping in them on the coldest night so far (22 degrees). The Velcro where insulated insides attach are not always in the correct spots. In the two I have one side it isn’t even close on both so the insulated part is not attached on these pieces. The roof insulated piece sags but is attached to the Velcro. The upper part pieces just don’t fit properly (a little too small). Even with these issues they have worked great so far though! It was very easy to put together. Instructions were awesome! I didn’t find any strong smell with any of them. I’m guessing the sleep quality is good because my cats seem to love the houses! The one did get some water in it but it was very windy and raining and I’m guessing it went in the little opening. I’m adding something to that side to keep the water out when it’s windy. Overall these are great!

We purchased this house in 2024 for our two cats. They’re outside cats due to allergies in our home. We put blankets on each level with a heating pad placed in between. Setting the controls on low, they keep the cats toasty even in Winter. The house is on our front porch, well protected from wind, rain and snow. The house is well made and should last for years.

After hurricane Helene we ended up with 12 feral cats. This awesome little cat house keeps them warm and dry. It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble and it’s got a great roof.

We have several cats and the all seem to love their kitty condo! It went together easily and the quality of all components was really better than I was afraid it would be. Great size for 3-4 kittens to use. The seem to like being inside when it’s cold outside, so it must be warm. They are protected from snow and cold winds. It looks nice sitting up on our deck. It even functions as the Queen’s throne most sunny days with the older cat sunning herself on the roof. Money well spent!

The house is used frequently. However, the side doors have to be left open because the entry ways are too small to be comfortable for the cats. I have one adult cat that fits through but the other two do not. About enough room on top for one cat and if two want to curl up together, they would fit on the bottom. Overall I just wish it was just a bit larger on dimensions.

I was very impressed by how clear the directions were in constructing this house, as it only took a few hours to build and it was brought outside the same day. The materials are high-quality, as the house holds up well in inclement weather and maintains decent temperatures according to the seasons. The neighborhood cats seem to enjoy it, which is very satisfying.
