I purchased 2, and both arrived quickly and in good condition. They are placed on either side of a wood stove (there's a heat shield in the back, as required for original installation). They keep the walls cool as expected.

The board was warped with a one foot crack/break on one corner. It is a piece of dry wall with fire retardant material wrapped on one side. The return policy makes returns difficult and $.

I was looking for a pad to place under my pellet stove and found this one. I have no regrets with this purchase. It is sturdy and looks good in my step down room. The pad is very easy to clean. Just wipe and your done!
