I ordered this as a replacement bag for my caravan bag that just gave up the ghost. The cover seems great because it zips up the sides instead of the bottom, which is why I selected it. However, I don’t know where this item was stored prior to shipping, but it absolutely reeks of mildew! I happen to be on the sensitive side but I couldn’t deal with it so I left it outside overnight. That did not abate the issue. I called customer service but haven’t received a call back yet and decided to wash it on the delicate cycle in my machine. Hopefully this resolves the problem. Other than the smell the bag looks fabulous. Update: Three calls to customer service and always a voicemail and reply. Never got a callback. Bag still reeks of mildew even though I’ve added it out for days now. Buyer beware. ... show more

This worked great for my 10x20 tent that needed a new bag. This bag is too big for it but has plenty if room to leave the top of the tent on the legs and still fit in the bag.

I REALLY LIKE THE MATERIAL THICKNESS OF THE BAG. JUST THE RIGHT HEIGHT FOR MY CANOPY, FITS JUST RIGHT. WHEELS ARE A PLUS. POCKET FOR WALLS ARE BIG ENOUGH BUT REALLY DEEP AND MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE WALLS OUT IF STUFFED ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF POCKET. THE ONLY CONCERN I HAVE IS SOME OF THE STITCHING, JUST RECEIVED TODAY AND NOT BEEN USED, IS COMING UNDONE. LOTS OF LOOSE THREADS IN THE STITCHING AND IF PULLED, UNRAVEL THE WHOLE LINE OF STITCHING. BECOMES UNRAVELED THEREBY CREATING LOOSE JOINT WHERE THE STITCHING WAS. FIX THE STITCHING PROBLEM AND I WILL BE ONE HAPPY CAMPER. ... show more

I love this canopy storage bag! The original bag that came with my canopy tore and the wheels broke. I looked into purchasing an OEM replacement but it was expensive and I figured it wasn't worth it because the wheels would just break again and the straps would tear quickly. I came across this one and I love it. The dual zipper makes it supper easy to pack my canopy. The height was perfect. I have a 10ft x 10ft canopy. There's also a strap that goes around which helps the case slim down when transporting. The wheels look like good quality. The bag doesn't sag and drag like some comments I read online. The only tiny detail is that I which they had other color options for the standard 10 x 10 bag. It comes in black with purple trim/seams which is not a big deal at all, just color selection would be cool. Regardless, It's a great product. ... show more
