The best scissor jack I've honestly bought from amazon. Its very sturdy and the best part is that its a pretty good size for SUVs and smaller cars. Its low enough at 4 inches to get under smaller cars and high enough at 17 inches to pick up SUVs without the need to use other jacks and jack points at the same time. I work for myself doing roadside assistance for a living, so I go through a lot of cheaper jacks constantly and this is definitely the best scissor jack with a socket head I've come across on amazon. The L wrench came with broken ball pins but the seller reached out to me immediately for an exchange or refund. Great customer service and it comes with a warranty. Will buy again! ... show more

The box that this jack came in was in very rough shape, barely holding together with amateurish taping. The jack itself has no scuff marks or signs of use. However, someone definitely rifled through the shipped contents ripping the plastic packaging that contained the lug wrench. The contents were haphazardly reassembled. I bought, paid for, and expected a "fresh" new product, but was shipped a seemingly "unused open-box" item that obviously was returned by someone. Third times a charm! My first scissor jack, didn’t have enough height it was almost straight before barely lifting the tire off the ground 20” tires Cadillac XT5, The jack for this application didn’t feel safe. So I Ordered a hydraulic jack, to big and oil all over, No thanks! This jack lifted the tire off the ground with a lot of scissor action left which looks a lot sturdier, and I feel a lot safer. Hopefully I won’t need it, but at least I know it will do the job. Note: The picture of the car and not the Jack is for a reference for people looking for the right Jack for their SUV, many today only come with a quick repair system, no spare, no Jack. So I added a spare from the scrap yard and purchased this Jack, and don’t forget the Lugnuts wrench. Best wishes. ... show more

I purchased this to replace a broken jack. It comes with everything that you need to remove a flat tire. With its 17" rise capacity, it lifted my car higher than my previous jack. In fact, it allowed me to get under my car to change the oil filter on my Honda Civic which is in an awkward location. I couldn't have done it with a smaller jack. The carry bag is a nice addition. I just want to warn everyone that this product is dangerous. I bought this jack kit for my model 3. I had a recent flat and used this for the 1st time. The jack broke as I barely lifted the tire off the ground. As you can see in the pics, the metal housing at the end cracked and bent as I was cranking it up. It wouldn't move after that. I had to call a tow truck to lift out this piece of junk with a real jack. What a nightmare as this could have totally collapsed on me. DO NOT BUY this falsely advertised junk from China! Also, the plastic wrench to crank the jack is a joke....it's made out of plastic???? ... show more
