Really nice quality knives and everything you need in an entire set. What stands out to me is the shape of these knives. They aren't the most wide knives, and instead a lot of them are a bit longer than I'm used to. However, these cut so well and food releases really nicely since there's less surface area for it to hold on to. From the santoku to the paring knife, I've tried all that comes in this collection and they're all very solid knives. Apparently it's a higher carbon stainless steel as well, which I have no way of actually testing, but it cuts well and has held its edge just fine. The sharpener is convenient as well, I doubt it can match a traditional whetstone but I'll definitely be using it now and then just for how convenient it is. The only thing this set is really missing is a honing rod, but personally I have a couple spare so this really isn't too big an issue. Fantastic knife block, great materials. Feels great in the hands, great to cut with, easy to wash as well. Really nice all around knife set.

I got this set for my husband, who is the cook in our household. I thought they were wonderful but he was not thrilled with the color, which was white. It is a nice set of knives. The block for holding the knives is solid and sturdy. I like the weight of it. I like the feel of the knives when I held them. The set is well packaged. The knives are in one box and the knife block is in a separate box. Each knife has a plastic tip on it with a cardboard sleave and then in a plastic bag sleave. The whole set would make a very nice wedding gift.

Let me starts this review with a cautionary tale. The first thing you see when you open this box of knives is a note urging you to be careful when taking the knives out of the package. LISTEN. TO. THE. NOTE. When I was taking the knifes out of their protective sleeves, I was doing it quickly and I BARELY grazed my index finger on one of the blades. I spent 30 minutes trying to stop the bleeding. The cut was DEEP. These knives are SHARP. After that little treat, I wrapped my finger up and took these on a proper, CAREFUL, spin. I chopped up some celery and carrot sticks for a quick snack, and you’d have thought I was cutting soft butter. Then for dinner, I diced up some chicken and other veggies to make a soup, and the same exact outcome. These knives are excellent, and very high quality. On top of they, they look great to boot. Aside from our bloody beginnings, I’ve ran into no trouble using these, and they are simply incredible. 5/5 stars! (Please be mindful when using these that they are exceptionally sharp, and keep them far away from children. Possibly even supervise young teens using these. Xx)

This knife set is REALLY nice! Not just visibly appealing, but the knives cut very well. As someone who uses knives often to cut up meat and veggies, this entire set has me wanting to buy more things so I can make use of every knife in this set. The handles on the knives are some kind of hard plastic; however, they do not slip (even when washing). While they come sharp, like any knives they have to be sharpened after several uses and this one comes with a sharpener on the side. The best part is that all you have to do is slide the knives through it and it sharpens. While I got white, I love that it comes in a variety of colors. While I am changing my kitchen from black to white, I feel like I should have gotten another color because it is just that nice of a set to be aesthetically pleasing to look at as decor and still have great functionality.

Overall a beautiful full set of kitchen knives. Off-white/grey finish with polished stainless blades offer a clean professional look. The blades are well balanced with the handles. Overall fairly light, they do not feel weighted. The blades are razor sharp out of the box. I usually sharpen all my knives out of the box to get the edge I prefer, these I did not find that to be necessary. I like that the block includes a basic sharpener big should be enough for most casual users to keep a working edge. I found the size of the knives to be perfect particularly the chefs knife and santoku. I included a pic of these together above with a steak knife to give an idea of how the three compare. I think you will get many years of good use out of these and cannot find anything issues with the blades or the block.
