Sharp knives! Don’t know if they will hold an edge. Just purchased. Love the one piece construction that prevents water or debris build up. Very nice looking knives and great kit that includes the boning knife and utility knife that most sets don’t come with.

Good set, nice and sharp. Comes with many pieces and a nice block to hold them. Handles feel pretty ergonomic, maybe better for medium and large-sized hands. Overall, a good value.
