The battery in my helmet has a diminished life. I bought this to replace it. The plastic piece on the installed battery that you are supposed to use to remove it snapped. I emailed ILM to find out how to remove it at this point, and no one responded. I guess all I can say is "Buyer beware" if you purchase from them. They don't seem to stand by their product once they have your money in hand. Let's see if I can leave the zero star review they deserve. ... show more
