Surprised it was very well made for the price. Seen others just like this for way more. I was a 5 handicap in my younger days. I've only used it a couple of times and can already see and feel that I'm more connected than ever before. It'll take some getting use to as I've been golfing for 25+ years with my present swing. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating was because you cannot adjust the lanyard upwards to fit just below my elbows - I'm 5'10". But I can live with it. Especially for the price. Works as it should, takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you're not used to swinging properly. LOL It does help.

DO NOT USE THE CHEAP PUMP. Within 5 seconds of pumping up the ball the pump broke into two and gashed my hand open. Ball works fine and much more reasonable price than most

    • Loses air!
Have to refill/ top off every few days - Doesn’t hold air well. Otherwise ok; don’t need air pump.

    • Decent training aid
This is similar to the ball offered on other website but at a much better price. The included air pump broke immediately; however, and was useless. The ball can be filled by mouth or with other generic air pumps.

    • Cheaply made you get what you pay for!
The lanyard is the worst I’ve ever used before, impossible to use and gets super twisted. Also air leaks out of the ball and it constantly loses air. I don’t recommend buying this product
