I was tired of buying expensive name brand sofas that didn't last and where the 'lifetime' warranty was nothing more than a piece of paper that was not backed up. The Ihanherry Cloud Sofa is sturdy and very easy to put together. The fabric is soft and gives the sofa such a cozy and comfortable feel. I love the depth of the seats as you can lay comfortably on it without your knees hanging over the edge. It is very much like laying on a cloud. The back cushion are on the flat side, but I like the firmer support on my back. I am happy that my friend introduced me to this sofa. Building it was pretty easy! The provided tools and screws were helpful! The couch is super comfy and I've already taken several naps on it. We wanted a snuggle couch and that's what this is! Couple issues: 1) definitely paying for the quality you receive. This looks like a 2-3k couch but the quality lacks a bit. The first night after building it, one of the side panels already broke. Not a huge deal but definitely a bummer. 2) I have 4 dogs and keeping it clean is fairly easy if you have a good vacuum. We keep blankets on it to protect the fabric but we have a lot of shedders so the upkeep with the hair is extensive - I repeat, get a good handheld vacuum. Overall, happy with the purchase. Exceeded expectations! I was worried about it being too low based on other reviews. I guess visually the back is lower than some sofas, but it's perfect sitting height and the back pillows are comfortable but firm, rising above the back piece. My only concern is how sturdy the back will be over time. Upon assembly, each section is solid and has good weight to it. I don't have mine attached and they're not separating (on carpet). Once you assemble the frame, the seat portion is a solid but cushy pillow attached to a another cushion. They aren't attached to the frame but don't move around. I believe because they are a bit oversized so when you shift it doesn't affect them much. It's beautiful and above all else COMFORTABLE. I'm watching a movie on mine as I type. I have company coming soon and I know someone will definitely sleep on it. A four section length can easily fit two average height women or children. I thrilled with my purchase and haven't even assembled my ottomans yet! ... show more

I debated a long time about purchasing a couch from a local store vs Amazon. I am so glad I purchased this one. It is so soft and cuddly. It’s like a giant pillow but with support. They are very oversized length and width. My kids love it. The material feels great not cheap at all. I bought the u shaped couch and when I placed it it was way to big for the space but I am taking one seat part and turning it into a chair with the help of the sellers. They have been a great help and very responsive and I appreciate good customer service. My daughters liked it so much they want one for their homes.. I really like this couch overall and it fits well with what I was looking for in terms of affordability and style. It’s comfortable for everyday use and looks great in the space. That said, it is noticeably shorter than my previous couch, which makes it feel a bit smaller than expected. The ottomans also tend to slide, and the couch itself can move on the floor if you don’t have a rug underneath it, so keep that in mind depending on your flooring. Another downside for me is that the back cushions are not attached, so they fall over fairly easily. With dogs in the house, that gets a little annoying since I’m constantly adjusting them. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and it does the job well, just a few design details keep it from being a full 5 stars. ... show more

I was questioning whether purchasing something this large, sight unseen, was a worthwhile gamble. In this case, it was. The couch was easy for me to put together on my own. It's far more comfortable than I expected and looks a lot nicer than the price we paid. We have spent many hours watching TV on this couch and it still looks and feels brand new. The material of it is super soft and my husband has fallen asleep on it a handful of times.
