All of my boxes arrived the same day and in overall good condition via UPS- 5 stars right there! . The boxes are intimidating but I was able to move them by myself! The next day I felt muscles in my body that I didn't even know I have, lol! But I was able to put it all together by myself since all the pieces came up at once. It took me about 3 hours. My 5 stars for the actual sofa are guarded at this time. I don't feel the "cloud" experience I mean I seat and I'm not in a sort of pillow top cloud. I do however appreciate the height and looks and easy of assembly because everything lined up! Maybe the cloud cushion has not expanded as expected and it needs more time? I must say though for the price it looks like 3x more of what you would pay for a popular brand store modular sofa. I am happy I decided to purchased this particular brand of modular furniture and the color was as expected. Height is good however it is low in the back so I ordered the largest tubular pillow I could find in the same color so that people taller than me dont hit their heads on the wall... ... show more

I can not say enough good things about this couch. I got the 114” V shape with 2 ottomans and could not be happier. There are 6 boxes the couch ships in and they arrived in separate days, which is FedEx’s fault, not the seller. The couch build is sturdy and while you do have to assemble the entire thing, the design is super efficient and makes the build easy. There is absolutely NO smell, and all of the cushions and pillows plumped up to their full size making the couch so comfy. Seats are TRULY oversized. While I’m partial to the corner seat, every spot gives the sitter plenty of room to sit without encroaching on the next person. I will, without a doubt, buy this sofa again and again. I can’t say enough about it. The kids love it, the dogs love it and every single piece is washable, so I don’t have to worry about spills or slobber. The material is very soft, but not velvety or furry, if that makes sense. I love it, because it won’t mat down or pill up. When you put the frame together, you’ll be shocked by how low to the ground it seems, but don’t freak out, because the seat cushions make up for it and when all is said and done, it doesn’t feel low at all. I’ve told 2 friends about this sofa already, and they’re both purchasing it based on how happy we are with ours. If you’re on the fence, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! ... show more

I’ve never written a review before, but this couch was so easy to put together (I did need my fiancé’s help to lift one side to make sure it’s even) but can be done alone if you’re more agile than me lol. It’s also extremely comfortable. Right out of the box was comfy but could feel the springs slightly, it’s now been almost a week of constant use and the cushions (came vacuum sealed) have fully plumped up! Very sturdy by having each section bolted together. Other reviews said that the legs were short so I was originally worried; until I put it together and the double cushions made it so it’s a standard couch height. Fit perfectly in my space with the 3 seater and ottoman. The fabric is also so soft!! Side note!! It did come in 3 different boxes. Ottoman was delivered in the morning and the rest of the couch delivered the same evening! *picture taken right after couch was built* ... show more

I really like this couch overall and it fits well with what I was looking for in terms of affordability and style. It’s comfortable for everyday use and looks great in the space. That said, it is noticeably shorter than my previous couch, which makes it feel a bit smaller than expected. The ottomans also tend to slide, and the couch itself can move on the floor if you don’t have a rug underneath it, so keep that in mind depending on your flooring. Another downside for me is that the back cushions are not attached, so they fall over fairly easily. With dogs in the house, that gets a little annoying since I’m constantly adjusting them. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and it does the job well, just a few design details keep it from being a full 5 stars. ... show more

Building it was pretty easy! The provided tools and screws were helpful! The couch is super comfy and I've already taken several naps on it. We wanted a snuggle couch and that's what this is! Couple issues: 1) definitely paying for the quality you receive. This looks like a 2-3k couch but the quality lacks a bit. The first night after building it, one of the side panels already broke. Not a huge deal but definitely a bummer. 2) I have 4 dogs and keeping it clean is fairly easy if you have a good vacuum. We keep blankets on it to protect the fabric but we have a lot of shedders so the upkeep with the hair is extensive - I repeat, get a good handheld vacuum. Overall, happy with the purchase. We love the space for our whole family. ... show more
