I got an older version on FB marketplace. I love how it dried my hair and straightened it at the same time. It was a game changer. I have weird straight hair with a mix of wavy and kinky curly with more than my share of cow licks... I know , I'm a very lucky girl... anyway, I'm 52 and it's the only device or method I've ever used that has gotten my hair completely straight and not frizzy. Unfortunately it stopped working after about a year (it was used when I bought it so no idea how old it was). I knew there were other models and manufacturers with different features so I ordered a few to try them out. After evaluating several, I kept the new one exactly like I had from FB. It's my recommendation and definitely a keeper for me. Had it for about 6 months now. Bonus, the green in a fabulous medium hunter green. Much more personality than the silver one I had before. There is only 1 modification I'd like to request but I'm not sure it's possible without adding too much weight. But it would be awesome if you could switch between cold and hot air. Hot with hot plates to dry and straighten then cold to hold the style like most current hair dryers. In the meantime, this is my go-to. Very pleased.

I did a lot of research on products as I have long hair and it takes too much time to dry and then straighten it along with having a toddler. I saw this one has a lot of good reviews so I tried it out. I am so glad I did! It does just as advertised drying while also straightening my crazy hair. I will never go back to the old way. This product is amazing and it doesn’t heat up my hair like a regular straightener does. It is made out of fantastic quality and seems like it will last a long time the color is beautiful as well just a plus! If you’re on the fence about getting this…just get it!

I plugged it in for the first time and it wouldn’t turn on no matter what and I used multiple different outlets and it just won’t turn on.. I was really excited to use this, but I haven’t even gotten to because it won’t power on.

Great for price point, lighter weight, easier to travel with, comes with a handy travel case but not as great as Dyson. Dyson dries slightly faster and less passes but has that annoying heavy rectangular block. Dyson is twice plus the price if not on sale too. I would still recommend this as it’s decent. i am lucky i have had no problems with it. Oh to turn on sometimes you have to press down a second or two longer than Dyson quick touch on

EDIT: I received the replacement and I LOVE IT! It straightened my hair dry AND wet to dry. It left my hair with body, not flat hair like a regular flat iron. And it stayed straight all day. My hair was not frizzy at all; it was smooth. Also my hair was not hot to touch, it was only warm and not damaging. I am absolutely blown away by this product. I researched a long time before buying it, and I couldn’t be happier. And excellent customer service! Replacement even came early! 1st Review: Mine was defective and would not power on. Ordered a replacement and will take 6 days to arrive. I should have requested a refund, reordered, and I would have received it in 2 days. I don’t quite understand. Seems like defective products should be overnighted. I will report back if I get one that actually powers on.

I purchased this Inglam wet dry straighter because it is very similar to the Dyson. I know of what I speak because I owned the Dyson Airstrait. I purchased it when it first came out. I like the idea of straightening your hair with minimal damage. It was a pretty innovative idea. I ended up selling the Dyson because I couldn’t justify the price. The Inglam uses the same technology as the Dyson. The only difference is it doesn’t have all the frills and the price of a Dyson. The Dyson cleans automatically when you turn the button on. This tool cleans if you hold the temperature and start button. The Dyson has a digital display. The. Inglam has three speeds and temperature levels button. Just as easy to use. The Dyson has more features. Like auto shutoff. The Dyson was heavier and clumsier. The cord had a big block on it, which was annoying . Also, when it first came out, they didn’t even give you a carrying case. For 500 dollars you should get a carrying case. Now they give you a carry case. This tool gives you a carry case and a styling comb. Honestly, I got the same results from the Inglam as I did the Dyson. If you’re looking for a less expensive alternative to get basically the same results I recommend this styling tool.
