**Update ** After posting this review IFAST sent an email with an apology and offered to send me a set of 10lb for the errorin description. A week later they arrived! We definitely will order from IFAST again! This Equipment is great quality. My family and I love it. Only disappointing part was the package we purchased said we would come with 200lb weight. Unfortunately it only comes with 190. They say they didn't have 5lb sets so i was offered a measly $10 back......

We are very pleased with this power cage. This wasn’t all shipped together, it came in two shipments a couple days apart. We messaged the seller & they were very helpful with tracking. It was packaged well & in great condition except one bar slightly bent but once assembled it wasn’t a problem. Our first workout on it went great! We were also surprised to see some gloves & squat bar neck pad was included.

If you have a cable machine at home or your gym doesn't have the attachments you want, this is as good a choice as any to get a solid starter set of attachments. The triceps rope is of a good length and feels of the same quality as any I've used in a commercial gym. The straight bar, press-down bar, and v-grip are all far heavier and more substantial than I expected and was pleasantly surprised by their solidness. The rubber grips are comfortable. My only issue is the center rotating connective parts of the straight bar and the v-grips are a bit rickety and aren't secured in very well.

The media could not be loaded. Super good gymnastics quality. Handles have real rubber grips. Premium steel and feels like it. Smooth strong joints. There isn’t a bad piece in this set. All highly usable and affective. Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)
