My lamp was delivered without the screw to connect the stem of the lamp to the flexible neck. Anyway possible to get this missing piece without having to receive a new complete package and return the incomplete package. That’s pretty inconvenient.

It's decently sturdy for the price, the light is adjustable an d moveable, all of which I wanted. However, the power switch is located on the cord nearer to the plug than the lamp, which means you must have access to the cord in order to use it. I was going to use this as a desk lamp, but in order to do so I would need to either purchase an extension cord so that the lamp cord would sit in a coil on my desk, taking up the space that I bought this lamp to save, or I would need to crawl on the floor under the desk ever time I wanted to turn the thing on or off.
