I recently purchased the IEMAI PLA Filament Bundle and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the filament. The silk PLA filament is smooth and easy to work with, and the shiny finish adds a nice touch to my 3D prints. The 1.75mm diameter is also a perfect fit for my printer. I have only experienced 1 issue with the filament in the form of a tangle in the wrapping but the prints have come out perfectly every time otherwise. I got this pack of small spools because I only needed a small quantity of translucent material. I am printing small, thin objects like windows and lamp shades where translucency is important and this filament performed well. It is PETG, not PLA, so be sure to check your print settings, and the spools are not the standard 'full sized' spool - these are more of a sample sized, which for me, was ideal. I made a couple of thin prints with this material - about 6 flat discs for windows in a model, and two larger, concave domes for other windows, and they turned out very well. The flat prints look like stained glass - totally clear and evenly colored. The domes, which required some support material due to the bridge distance in the centers, also turned out well, but not as clear as the flat prints (just as expected.) The thicker the material the less translucent it will be, but even with thicker prints, there is a wonderful level of light transmission. I would buy this same pack again if I ran out of any given color. I am very pleased with it's performance. These are individually vacuum sealed with desiccant, as typical, and were print-ready right out of the package. I needed to build a holder for stage lights. Bought this filament because it was the color I wanted and it was inexpensive. Printed with Anycubic i3 Mega S, 0.5mm nozzle size, 210c initial print temp, 200c at height temp. Utilimaker Cura Slicer. Normal settings on all. Used heavy gluestick on build plate as it is new and wanted a substrate between plastic and build plate so it would remove from build plate easier. While printing there was absolutely no plastic smell. No problems printing at all except for the fact that the inner spool diameter is fairly large and it caused the spool to ride up somehow on the spool arm. Then, the spool would jump, and settle back down for another 4 or 5 revolutions and then start again. No tangles, no clogs, no problems with this at all. I am going to print an adapter for larger spool inner holes for the future, but that is the only gripe I would have at this time. I will be interested to see if this was just a good spool or if they can continue to produce what in my opinion is a superb product over what I have used previously. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my first TPU filament I've bought for my ANET ET5X 3D printer and it worked right away - even with some existing model, which was set to normal printing speed with the standard PLA, so I've been a bit worried when I saw that the printer was printing really fast because some people are saying that we should use lower speed, but it turned out to be perfect and it's still fully flexible and elastic. My kids even fully squeezed the dog (which you see on the picture) and nothing happened. The color is bright and has even some shiny touch. I just increased the printing temperature from 210C to 230C manually on the printer and that was it. Loading was a bit more difficult of course with the TPU compared to PLA, but still worked in the first attempt and unloading as well. I love that it comes in two vacuum sealed reels, so half of it remains untouched by the humidity till I really need it. I will definitely buy other colors as well. ... show more
