I’m in love with this resin due to its consistency and affordability. It’s my go to from miniatures to terrain to statues. I’ve gotten great prints off of it time and time again. That being said there are some drawbacks. The number one issue i have with the resin is its brittleness. Now for the most part if you work out the balance between washing and curing. it’s not that bad some minis bounce back without breaking, but having to mix it with other resins to get resilient minis does take away from the affordability. All in all if you want a bulk amount of resin without having to worry about inconsistency, all while not really caring about if you can throw your prints across the room and have them survive….this resin is for you. ... show more

This product is bigger than it looks, it works very well for the Elegoo Mars 3 printer I have. The product is exactly as described with no issues to see. The price is great as far as buying resin goes, I would highly recommend this product.

I have a Sonic Mini 4k, and bought this grey resin to try out due to it's price point, and great print quality. First, I want to touch on great things about this resin, and why I use it pretty frequently. - The smell is pretty low. The smell itself is an inoffensive plastic-like scent, and is only really noticeable within about 10-15 feet of the printer. (I still have everything ventilated) - Print quality and detail is spectacular. No complaints in quality, every print came out looking very sharp, even when I heavily overexposed it. - Not that messy. The resin drips off of the build plate in about 10 minutes, and isn't very hard to clean in general. The low odor helps with this step a lot. Now to explain the 4 stars. After doing a few prints with this resin and really getting a feel for it, I can say that I do really like using this resin for a lot of reasons, but don't think this particular color is perfect for final prints you plan on giving as gifts, using in your table top games, or selling. The only issue with this resin is that it struggles to fully cure on the surface, and you can be left with a somewhat soft, almost rubbery feeling print, even after extensive curing that slightly discolored the grey print. I have read that you can avoid this by curing your parts while they are submerged in water, but I haven't personally tested this. In contrast, the Elegoo translucent resin has a great, hard surface finish that I was expecting from the grey. In conclusion, if you're looking for a great go-to resin for testing out your own designs, prototyping products, or to practice printing, this is a great, cost effective resin, that I enjoy using. If you plan on making gifts or playing with these figures, you might have better luck using a different color (As I said, the translucent has a great finish, but does yellow easily) ... show more

The first time I bought this product was great But then my next two order the resin was not working well. Check printer and used a different resin and all was fine. Someone told me to check the batch and expiration dates I ordered 1000g clear translucent on Oct 19, 2021the EXP date was Oct 14 2021 no wonder I had o many fails. The last botted I had here and informed to check dates was ordered feb 2, 2023 500g Grey the pour date nov 10 2021,exp nov 9, 2023. Though it was within expiration, since sitting so long it had gotten so it was not curing well. I have been wanting a local dealer as I have had other issues with shipping as busted bottles and no good response for loss of resin and this issue is a closer. UPDATE since then have ordered again and the dates now were like mar 2023 to mar 2025 Iam much happiernow ... show more

I'm a total newbie who designed my first simple part to print on my Quidi Tech 5.5 Shadow S and I bought this liquid. Using the standard settings in the Chitu Box program it printed my part perfect. I got the clear red color which is super cool. Also received item quickly.
