Great coat for the price. Well made, material is soft and doesn’t feel overly synthetic. It’s probably good for temps down to just below freezing but it’s not super-warm. I’d consider this somewhere between an overcoat and a lightweight topper. If you live somewhere where the air hurts your face, this probably isn’t the winter coat for you. I’m not loving the fit. I wish it were more of a straight cut and not nipped in at the waist. I’m more likely to wear an overcoat open and when I do with this one, the slightly rounded hips balloon out and make me look quite a bit wider than I naturally am. Nobody likes that. Buttoned up it’s better but that doesn’t help me. I’m 5’7”, 36C, and fairly consistently a size 14/XL. The xl is a bit too big, especially around the chest but will accommodate layers underneath. I suspect exchanging down for an L would be just a tad too narrow around the hips should I ever needed to button it, but I might try. I want this to work!

This coat is a beauty! It's red color is vibrant and the fabric is very nice quality. It is lined and feels soft. The style is eye-catching! And, it keeps me warm! It does seem to run a little small, so I would recommend possibly buying your next size up.
