This is a generic bedframe offered by various sellers. Quality is fine: I found one small defect but no problems. An individual slat might not hold one person's weight, but the frame is solid and strong once assembled. Although it's not attractive, it's much more solid than a comparably-valued slatted wooden frame. The directions say it takes two people and a screwdriver to assemble, but I did it alone with only the supplied Allen keys. The parts are well-labeled and the diagrams are clear. It's a little tall when used with a thick box spring and mattress. Without the box spring, it would be short. There are enough slats that this would work, however. My main complaint that the posts are rather narrow (about 1" or 2 cm square). It would be nice if the frame came with feet for them to slip onto to protect the floor. ... show more

    • Very sturdy and comfortable bedframe
This bedframe would (like most items of furniture) be easier to assemble with two people, but I was able to put it together myself using something sturdy to lean a couple of parts against while I was working on them. No tools were necessary except the Allen wrench included in the kit. The parts were very well labeled. The instruction manual wasn't bad, once I grasped the concept of two different sized screws connecting together in the same hole, one from the bottom and one from the top. The little framing pieces that keep the mattress from slipping off one side or another are easily removable when making the bed, since they are simply molded pieces of plastic that slip over the bars of the bed. I found that my mattress stays in place without them, so I may not use them at all. All in all, a great purchase. ... show more

    • Be prepared to put together!
The price was great, however, it took some time for my son and I to put it together. It was pretty easy EXCEPT for 1 part that the "weld bead" was too large and wasn't allowing the pieces to properly connect. We sadly figured this out when we were about 90% done with the assembly so we decided to "make it work". Thankfully we are really creative and resourceful, I'm not so sure everyone would have been so lucky. Most probably would have to disassemble and return it. Perhaps a little better-quality control would help. In the end, the frame is solid and works for my intended purpose. ... show more

Bought a similar frame at a local store 2 years ago that folded out- literally my average sized teenage boy laying on it, just snapped at a welded hinge- paid $139. Found this listed on Amazon, came in a box that I couldn’t imagine how I was going to get a twin size bed out of the size of a box it came in- but it was super easy to put together and I did it by myself in under an hour. Instructions were easy to follow and it is solid! I am tempted to order the same frame for my 7 year old who has the exact same frame my teenager did. ... show more

    • An awesome bed frame
This bed frame is amazingly sturdy and really minimal, allowing more space in your room for other furniture, as well as the height of the frame making it easy to store boxes and slender totes beneath. Putting it together alone was a little difficult and time consuming, but the result was well worth it. Also, the pieces on the frame that keeps the mattress from sliding around too much are plastic and just set on it. They come on and off pretty easily, so just make sure to keep track of them! ... show more

I rated a (3) because it was HARD to put together and instructions were not the easiest to follow. But - the frame is good quality and very sturdy. Where it comes to the quality, I give it (5) stars. Being easy to assemble, I give it a (3). Price is also good
