After two months of having this bed set up for my son the lights burned out. I contacted customer service for the manufacturer on two separate occasions, and no one got back to me. I will say for the price the bed isn't bad just wished the led lights lasted longer as this is why we purchased the bed

It is a nice bed frame for my room but didn’t come with instructions otherwise than that it was a good purchase and I definitely recommend it

    • Headboard didn't fit the frame.
I was already upset it took a week to get it then after attempting to put it together the headboard didn't match the frame. Now I have to return it wait on a refund to purchase my son another bed. I'm so upset.

The bed doesn’t sit too high and the connection to the led strip easily comes apart. But you can control the led strip from your phone with an app. The drawers are a nice touch but seem out of place or a lat thought by the designer. Good support for the mattress.
