Awesome stools! We purchased these for my parent’s new townhome. They arrived quickly in perfect condition. Great value for a decent set of stools. Really impressed with the packaging & Labeling of the parts and the clear assembly instructions. There was no questions or guessing with the instructions. Each step had a useful picture and instructions by someone who wrote in good english. They even had spare parts for each of the smaller components. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was in my opinion the design was slightly flawed. The two parts that make the 4 legs surprisingly were not designed to be the correct length. When put on a very flat countertop, it would rock back & forth around one set of legs. I worked around the problem by using felt pads on the opposing legs that were shorter. Either one set of legs needs to be longer, or the other needs to be a little shorter. This was consistent on all 4 stools.

These stools are a steal for the price! They aren't the most cushioned stools but they are easy to assemble and seem pretty solid once they are together. The package comes with everything you need - no other tools are required. We've been sitting and swiveling on them and they are still standing strong so I'd say that's a win! This is a great option for nice looking, low profile stools, particularly where space is limited. It's a nice way to add some extra seating to your space.

The stools came on time. Left on my front steps in the rain, box was very wet. Did not damage the stools in any way. We had to discard the wet box immediately. First stool went together nicely the second stool was going nicely until we came to the seat. There were no more long screws. This is the reason for the one star. The customer service was horrible. They wanted the order number, which I had and the tracking number which I no longer had and a picture. A picture of what? 8 missing screws? They would not replace the screws without this info. The stools were very nice but we couldn’t find the size screws in black so we had to buy silver screws and paint the heads of the screws black. If the box wasn’t so damaged I would have returned the stools. I can’t believe they wouldn’t just send 8 screws. Do not deal with this company, very rude and unreasonable.
