Overall I am happy with how sturdy the frame is, I however am extremely disappointed in the fact that it was missing a number 11 bar, without it the frame is completely useless. When I reached out to support, a 4-day endeavor, they told me the part I needed was going to take 3 to 4 months to come in, then they had the nerve to ask me if I had any suggestions. Ya, how about at least offer a refund or to send me another one. I had to go through the whole ordeal of buying another one and sending this one back, then wait a week for the refund, not to mention I had to sleep on the floor until it came in. The product itself gets 5 stars because it is in fact solid and good looking, unfortunately due to the company's lack of integrity and quality control it now goes down to a 2-star review. For me it's very important to get all of the items I paid for, especially when that item is a primary component. If it was the outlet I could have waited since I would have still been able to use the bed. ... show more

I recently purchased the IDEALHOUSE 2024 New Bed Frame with Storage Headboard, Upholstered Platform Bed, USB Ports & Outlets, Metal Slats Support, Noise Free, No Box Spring Needed, Easy Assembly in Black, Full size, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. First and foremost, the quality of craftsmanship is severely lacking. Upon assembly, I noticed that the frame was misaligned, likely due to poor welding. This not only affected the stability of the bed but also compromised its overall appearance. It's disheartening to invest in a product only to find that it fails to meet even the most basic standards of quality. Additionally, the packaging was subpar at best. The box provided minimal protection, and as a result, the headboard arrived with a huge hole, rendering it unsightly and unusable. This lack of care in packaging reflects poorly on the company's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. To add insult to injury, the assembly process was further hindered by missing screws. Without all the necessary components, I was unable to complete the assembly of the bed frame, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. Overall, my experience with the IDEALHOUSE 2024 New Bed Frame has been overwhelmingly negative. From the misaligned frame and poorly packed headboard to the missing screws, it's clear that this product falls short of expectations in terms of quality, durability, and customer service.
