  • Made My Alpine Radio Install So Much Easier
Style: for ALPINE
I got the iDatalink Maestro Acc-HU-ALP1 T-Harness to install a new Alpine radio in my car, and I’m really glad I picked it up. I was swapping out my old factory stereo, and this harness made the whole process a lot smoother. It connects the Alpine radio to the iDatalink Maestro system without having to cut or splice any wires, which was a big relief for me since I’m not great with electrical stuff. The install was pretty straightforward. I already had the Maestro module and the vehicle-specific harness for my car, which you need for this to work. It plugged right into my Alpine radio and the other harness, just like it’s supposed to. It took me about 30 minutes to get everything set up, and I didn’t run into any major issues. My steering wheel controls still work perfectly, and I didn’t lose any factory features, which is why I went with iDatalink in the first place. One thing to know is that this harness won’t work on its own. You definitely need the Maestro module and the right vehicle harness, so make sure you have those before buying. Also, double-check that your Alpine radio is compatible. I saw some reviews online saying it didn’t work with certain setups, but it was fine for mine. Overall, this harness saved me a ton of time and hassle. It’s a solid buy if you’re upgrading to an Alpine radio and want to keep your car’s features. Just make sure you have all the right parts first. ... show more

  • Plugs in the way it should.
Style: for PIONEER
For use with your Pioneer HU and a T-harness for the RR or RR2 on your F150 (mine is 2014 XLT). Good price and quality. Wires are only about four inches so installing the bypass switch for amp (or other need) may be a bit challenging as you will have to cut and splice that in. I would recommend this for making the RR and KT150 install go smoother. I've had my dash apart so many times I am now an expert! I tried the other M brand and this will not work with a 5846b just the KT150 for which it was designed. Plug (power) in I need for the RR on the F150 is occupied by the 5846. Shame I really like the display setup for HVAC controls on the 5846. Here's to hoping the KT150 performs well. ... show more

  • DOESN’T FIT KENWOOD DMX1037S, BUY THE KEN-1 ADAPTER INSTEAD
Style: for Kenwood/JVC (16-Pin Connector)
If you have the Kenwood DMX1037S, you need the KEN1 adapter plug. It won’t fit inside the stereo plug or from the other side of the provided wiring harness. Sadly, Maestro did not help clarify this, so while their products are awesome, it’s not so customer-friendly. or made clear of compatibility. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning and waiting to get the new one in ... show more
