This is very sturdy, no worries of my kindle (2024 paperwhite) falling, it stays upright. The downside to this is it's a little hard to move it around if you want to change reading positions which I tend to do about every 30 minutes. I also thought at first it wouldn't fit my kindle because it's too wide, but then I realized I can just connect it vertically instead of horizontally, so it fits fine! And the clicker is easy, the remote and the clamp are bluetooth connected to each other, but you don't have to worry about setting it up and don't need to connect bluetooth on your kindle at all. Just clip it on and go. After reading with it for a bit, I do wish it was longer, it's tough to position it in the middle of my face unless I'm right on the edge of the bed. ... show more

Used for about a week. Thought it was working well but it came loose from my headboard. I put it back on and tightened it so it wouldn't slip and the whole back clamp broke off and it is unrepairable and unusable. Flimsy enough to slip when tightened and when tightened more gives out and breaks. Seems like a major and inconvenient design flaw.
