Used these to split 4ga to two 8ga out, for both power and ground. I've used these before but went from 4 ga in to two 4 ga out. They are a cost effective way to split power and ground for multiple amps. You have to be careful not to tighten down on the mounting holes or you can crack the plastic. Do not buy these. At first I noticed the machining was rough around the edges and they felt cheap, then I took a closer look and in the 2 pack, not one, but both of them were rusted and corroded on the inside.
