I bought this older because both of my IDs have chips. I only use 1 ID to get into my building. For the first few weeks I could not bother taking the ID out of the holder & hold it up to the badge reader to get in. Now it stopped working that way. These pretty much just hold cards by friction. I’d give them a better rating if there were some flexible clip or something to press on that held the inserted card, but as it is a good knock loosens the card up a little. That’s pretty important as the ID held is likely critical to the job it’s being used for, and losing it would be bad. ... show more

Badge doesn't lock I'd into place. Badge slides easily in and out. Can't use to open doors. RFID disables me from swiping my Badge. Have to take my Badge out every time to Swipe access for a door. Had issues going through metal detector at airport also.
