When I first went to use this product my work badge would not work on our card reader because of the RFID blocker. I almost returned the product but then decided to remove the RFID film. Once I did this, my badge was able to work perfectly. If you run into this issue I would try removing the RFID film and it should hopefully work for you. The product itself is very nice.

There are better choices. Pretty pricey for what you get. No idea if the RF blocking works but the foil is pretty cheesy. Already scratching up after a day's worth of sliding my smart card in an out. Ease of access was what attracted me to this item but it doesn't seem rugged enough to last very long

I only owned the product for a few hours before deciding to send it back. There's multiple reasons why I dislike it because an id badge with no cover over it to protect from fingerprints,dirt,dust etc is not good in the long run. It did an okay job at securing my work id but the main reason it's not that great is because like others have said when you try to use it to scan yourself in buildings like the one I work at you need to be able to have a connection to the sensor and the rfid blocker blocks that connection you'd need to take the rfid wrapping off. Cause with most work ids they have rfid built in to keep track of each scan throughout the building like I work at a government building so this badge holder specifically is useless for my situation. I should have taken a picture but like one comment said that I read my product also arrived a little damaged/chipped at the shoulder part of the badge so there's definitely a lot of room for improvement.
