This product is very cheaply made and looks that way. After a month of light use it looks terrible. The fibers work their way out and it looks like a fuzzy mess. There is no more of the original texture left. I would never recommend this product. I e-mailed the company to tell them how unhappy I was with the product. They asked me to send pictures and determined it was normal wear and tear! That alone speaks volumes about it. If this is “normal wear and tear” after a month that’s a shame. Don’t bother. Find something else.

12/06/19 update *sigh* while the runner traps everything, dog hair, dirt, etc., if you have short hair dogs like I do, their hairs will get threaded into the rug such that my awesome vacuum cleaners (Dyson animal clean-it’s s beast) can’t get the hairs out and I’ve spent waaaaay too much time picking them out of this carpet runner. So back to the drawing board. 08/05/19 update Have you ever had one of those exhilarating midlife victory laughs where you realize every prior decision you’ve made (some still good and some you’d probably take back) that tries to undo your current day efforts to keep a clean environment is FAILING (2 white and grey short hair dogs, a husband and stepdaughter)? Muahahahahahaaaa! This rug is the s&@$. I’ve put one at every entrance to our home and I’m going to be putting one in every hallway soon. These rugs have had high traffic and aggressive vacuuming with a Dyson Animal (get one) at least twice a week. They still look great! Handle the workload like nobody’s business and they don’t move/slip/fold around ANYWHERE-no matter how hell bent my 2 dogs are on burning out when it’s playtime. I internally cackle the most cynical yet joyous cackle every time a new variable-person, animal, object comes against these rugs and FAILS to uproot my carefully laid strategy. It’s like making everything that comes through my doors walk a 20ft plank to cleanliness before entering the inner circle of house (evil laugh). It catches and grips hair but vacuums up like a dream (sometimes short vacuuming strokes work better for heavier jobs). Happy woman. Thank you. Former review: Awesome rug that’s doing what I wanted- forcing people and dogs to walk almost 20 feet before they get to hardwood floors that are divas when it comes to cleaning them. Looks nice. Good quality. I bought another one and probably will buy a 3rd, 4th, you get the idea. It’s a great rug.

The rug arrived rolled in plastic with a few snags but I opened because it seemed tightly wrapped. When I unfolded it half of the black rug was clean and half dirty(dusty look-discolored). I tried vacuuming and scrubbing...neither worked. It's for inside my home so it looks ridiculous and I'm very much nor happy with it. I really needed this rug for a party and it took a while to receive this one. Now I have to find a way to send it back and find something else.

Floor in my garage is so slippery when a little wet that I had two falling accidents already. Last year I broke my wrist and this year I fell down the second time. I decided to do something with this before I kill myself. I am retired with very tight budget and cannot afford to refinish surface of garage floor. I found these runners on Amazon and bought two of them (14 feet long) for a little over $100. I do not know how long they will last, but looks and feels great walking on them. I want to thank the seller for good and affordable product and thank Amazon too!

I needed a wide runner for a high traffic area in my new dining room where we just put new floors. I didn't have high expectations given the great price and that it was 'custom cut' but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Brown. Excellent quality carpet and cut to the EXACT size specified! Shipped promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. The ends don't seem like they would fray either which is a awesome! It definitely has that 'industrial' feel and look to it but it's also a lot 'fluffier' than I thought it would be too. Overall extremely happy!

This rug is perfect for our needs. We needed a long runner to go through our kitchen so our dog with knee problems wouldn't slip and slide on the tile. It is a thin rug but very heavy duty. It has a non-slip back so I didn't need to buy a non-slip liner to go beneath it. I was able to cut it with fabric scissors because it had to go through a doorway and needed a bit cut out of the side of the rug. It hasn't moved one inch since I placed it down and its been helping my dog a lot. Our robot vacuum has no trouble going up and over it and gets it nice and clean. 5 stars!

Looked fantastic at beginning. 5 months later, the edges are all curling up and carpet tape won't even hold them down. Looks terrible. Contacted seller. They said it was normal wear and tear and offered me 5% off my next purchase. Who buys a rug and expects it to only last 5 months!?
