We bought this espresso machine Dec 2022. It makes a great espresso and foams the milk very well. The problem we have now, in less than 6 months, is the foam wand sprays out water when we brew the espresso. It started as a small drip now it's a steady stream. For almost $200 spent we expected to get at minimum of a year with a machine that works properly. Everyone claimed here how good the customer service was, but I wrote to them and have heard nothing back. Buyer beware, this machine will not last you very long. *UPDATE: the company has been very helpful in getting me a replacement. So far so good. This machine makes a wonderful espresso. I bought this for the size. I have a small kitchen, so space is at a premium. It wasn't hard to set up or get going with the step by step instructions. It is a little bit light. Locking the brew basket into place can be a challenge because it is hard to find a good way to brace the machine due to it's configuration, but that is the trade off for the small size. It makes a good, hot espresso. Perfect for my husband's favorite lattes! About 3 months after purchase, the frothing wand ceased to work, and I figured that I was out of luck. I had received several follow up emails from the company, so I responded to one on the off chance that they could help. I was pleasanly surprised when they responded. After exchanging a few photos and videos, they sent me a new machine. They have even followd up since to make sure that all was well. I have never had such great customer service from an online company. I highly recommend this machine ( for lighter home use) and Iquire. I would definitely purchase from them again. ... show more

I am a novice in the making of espresso and researched many machines before selecting this one for purchase. I made a fabulous choice. It was easy to use the very first time and my first espresso was perfect. I have only had it for a few days, but every use has been problem free. I did buy some paper filters and a mesh filter, plus a nice weighted tamper, based on reviews I had read throughout my search, and I believe those add to the success. The only thing I find issue with, is it is lightweight, so holding it and clicking the portafilter into position is a little awkward. I will get it figured out. I got this for Christmas and really love it and coffee that it makes is delicious! But not long after I got it the handle on the porta filter came off and then a couple days ago the porta filter broke while brewing coffee and grounds and hot coffee exploded all over the kitchen floor and walls. I first bought this espresso machine 5 months ago, and the first unit I received broke after about a month. It simply no longer held a good seal and was spitting coffee grounds into everything I made and was hardly sending any water through the system. I still had a replacement covered by Amazon so they sent me a new unit, however after three months of daily use the portafiller canister that holds the espresso puck and locks into the machine just broke apart. You can see one of the locking mechanisms just fell off spraying coffee. However the company replied swiftly to my complaint and sent me a new portafilter in 2 days! I was very happy for a quick resolution and also the new one they sent me is upgraded and much better quality than the original. So I must say, it looks like the seller is taking very good care of their customers and fixing any issues with the product ... show more

I LOVE this machine! Pretty quick to warm up, aside from warming up the milk steamer. That takes a little longer. Makes really good espresso. After using this, my regular coffee just doesn’t seem to do it anymore. Lol

Prior to buying this ICUIRE espresso machine, I used two of the more popular "All-In-One" espresso machines (with a milk reservoir) and I thought they did a good job making a latte, but then both these machines broke. Apparently, the weak spot has to do with the way the milk tank mates with the machine and/or how the milk mixing tube adds steams to froth the milk. What I learned along the way about choosing the best, cheapest, expresso machine are these things: * You definitely want a 20 bar pump over a 15 bar pump. * You don't need a high wattage machine if you get one with a frothing tube. All of them will produce steam in 20-30 seconds, but a higher wattage will make seam a little faster. * It's a little more work to make a latte using a steamer tube to froth the milk vs. a "All-In-One" machine which has a milk tank, but you can control the texture of the steamed milk froth better with the steamer tube and you can control the texture of the froth and temperature too. So IMO, the steaming tube is superior even though it’s just a little more work. However, if insist on the best latte, you want the ICURE with the steaming tube. I highly recommend this machine. It is priced low. Works great. And makes great expressos and lattes. In addition, the pump really extracts the expresso from the beans are never burns them. The grounds are always left dry after the extraction process; and it extracts the expresso so well from the beans I use the smaller dispensing cup to get the same blend. This saves coffee and money too! Note: At first, I did not like that my larger coffee cups would not fit under the dispenser, but then I realized I like separating my milk froth from the espresso; and now I don’t want to make an “All-In-One” latte, because it not as good as crafting your own latte using the stainless milk frothing picture that comes with this machine. (Note: I would be nice if this unit came with a bigger frothing picture, but this is a small point.) ... show more
