Just for a spare room so was not looking to spend alot.... Delivery was fast but no one called me before.. it was just left at my door. Very easy to unpack and setup on my own. Put it on the base I already had and then waited it for it to plump up. Not sure how long it took as I left it overnight. My nephew is only one to sleep on it and he slept well.. I have only tried it out briefly and feels fine to me. Will consider buying a larger one for other rooms when it's time to replace those ones. All are spring and don't want to go back to those. Not as comfortable and don't hold up as well as memory foam.

This mattress is really great! Would have issued 5 stars, but had issues with their customer service that took time to resolve. I had to educate them on the California law on hauling away old mattresses. They have made it right by providing that service. Great product, improving customer service...

This mattress is pretty comfortable. It filled out after opening really well. The firmness is very comparable to their description. I have been getting a good night sleep since using it. Wish I could find that perfect pillow now.

Moving and needed to buy 2 new mattress. Have been looking online and all seemed to be similar. Wanted made in the USA, Cool Gel Memory Foam , and something under $500, so went with this. They came within a few days of ordering packed in a box. Pretty easy to open and setup. Was able to use right away. No odor, which I have experienced before from an online mattress. Very comfortable and the feel isn't too firm and don't sink in so as advertised with a Medium comfort level. Appears to be good quality, but time will tell. Overall satisfied with the product and timely delivery. Would buy again. Thanks

I've had the bed for about month now and I can say my sleep has been great overall. Once out of the box it inflated to a full 12 inches. The bed is great for back or stomach sleepers. It is ok for side sleepers since it's a bit on the firmer side (7 out of 10 firmness). The 3 inch of Gel foam does help make the bed softer. I give it 5 stars because it is well priced and the quality feels like a big-box store mattress

Bought this for my daughter so I needed something made well. Came in a box that was damaged, probably due to FedEx. But was vacuum sealed inside so mattress was not affected. Inflated fully within a few hours and she was able to use the same night. I did a side-by-side comparison to a cheaper foreign mattress I bought for a spare room a few years ago and you can instantly notice difference. Feels more like a store bought big name brand mattress when lying down. Good value for money.
