It's a near perfect analog/digital (chronograph, alarm watch & lighted LCD display). If you a pair it with a nice mesh band ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DG2X2N99?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title ) and you would rather wear a watch than look at your phone all day long - if so, you might be quite pleased. Although, if you have trouble reading smaller lcd displays - you might look elsewhere. The case size is 35mm (width) x 44mm (lug-to-lug) x 12mm (thick) - it looks good on both small and larger wrists - unless you have an exceptionally large wrist or prefer big bulky watches. I have more expensive watches and this one appears, so far, of similar build quality - "time" will tell :-) I prefer watches with chrono/alarms functions and good night visibility - that are easy to use. I didn't see any included directions on how to set the time on the analog dial, but it is simple. Simultaneously depress the top two buttons until the minute hand start to sweep in a fast-forward motion - then you may let go of the buttons and it will continue it's fast-forward motion . The sweep hand will continue to fast-forward until you depress the top-right button again. At this point you may additionally depress the top-right button incrementally so that the minute sweep-hand advances in additional 1/2 second increments. I typically let the fast-forward sweep motion continue until about 5 seconds before the actual time and then just incrementally forward the sweep-hand in 1/2 second increments until the correct time is established. Bought looking for a digital GMT watch for work while traveling. Was looking at the Casio AQ 230 but this homage watch had several advantages over that one so I took a punt on it and am glad I did. What's better: plated metal case vs coated plastic (more durable and substantial), 20mm lug width (easily swapped bracelet with better one seen in pic vs 18?), BACKLIGHT! (only on digital window but apparently Casio has none?), price (this cost less then $20 while Casio is $50?), and the case is larger (33mm vs 30mm width). Otherwise, the features are the same as far as I can tell: ability to set 3 time zones, alarm, stopwatch. What's not great: iffy bracelet (why I swapped), shiny polished case (plated), gap between case and bracelet (though this may make straps fit better). Some of the downsides are the same as Casio (except gap). Per the case and bracelet I believe this watch weighs more but it's still not a heavy watch. I chose the silver face and I think this helps offset the polish on the case, since with the bracelet it looks more like a design choice for contrasting surfaces. The other reviews mentioning the bracelet being a nightmare to adjust were all right. The tool included with the watch is flimsy plastic and feels 3d printed and does not hold up even under the slightest clamp. Using my own tool, I was eventually able to get the links removed to size. The bracelet is also a major hair-puller. That said, the timekeeping works really well and is accurate within <3s after a week of use. The size and weight are slightly larger and heftier than it's big brand brother, but not too much that it looks odd on a small wrist. I haven't tested the claimed 30m water resistance but to be fair, the other reviews mentioning water damage accompanied by the fact that is watch is, after all, cheaply made (respectively) means that I probably wouldn't try to test it. Its a really nice dress watch, functions accurately, has a really attractive EL afterglow backlight, looks sleek and professional, and obviously has dual time capability. Adjusting the settings was very easy and I'd recommend this model to any Skmei or Casio enthusiasts. ... show more

I had used a Casio Forester for many years. It was the perfect watch. Reasonable priced and had the features I wanted. They would last 3-4 years and I would purchase another, but they no longer sell them. I purchased a similar Casio at about twice the cost. I returned it since there was no light which I didn't realize and shortening the band was a night mare. After returning the Casio and I purchased the SKMEI after trying to do reasearch on adjusting the band. One of the reviews mentioned a tool was provided to do this. I contacted the name listed who answeres questions with the watch to find out more about the tool and what did it do. They had less knowledge than I found, they didn't know there was a tool, I gave up with my research and ordered a watch. The tool was a screw device to remove and install the pins holding the links together. I ended up taking out three links, on side of the latch and two from the other side. The latch is an interesting design and works very well. I have one major complaint. There are sharp corners on the latch that should be rounded. One night I wore it to bed and woke up as there was blood running down my arm. One of the sharp corners torn a piece of skin the size of a penny from my right arm. I still gave it five stars. While it looked good I could not get it started. I had to take it to a jeweler who said he had a difficult time too. He said don't push any buttons or you will reset it. He also said to not bring it back if I had problems. Good price but not worth it if you don't get something you can use easily.

Pretty nice looking for $16, I like the color. Metal feels a little cheap and I bent one of the links a little when resizing it. Pluses include 2 digital clocks so I can keep track of UTC, a stopwatch, illumination at night, an alarm and a date display. Setting the analog hands is a little weird, you need to set them moving and wait, so going backwards a small amount turns out to be tedious. ... show more
