I’m surprised how much I like this chair. The price was good, padding was comfy, and rocking was a nice touch. My only negative is there no instruction on the chairs features. FYI You have to push the lever inward/outward for the rocking feature. It took me several days and searching for similar chairs to figure that out. ... show more

Chair is comfortable enough but whish the back was about 2 inches higher i am 6'4" the head rest comes to my shoulders, so the head rest is useless to me. i guess it does list the backrest height as depth? or not at all.? seat area could use another inch or two also if you have longer legs. took about 30 minutes to assemble had trouble with the back rest screws not setting in right place right. you will notice that the anchors for the bolts stick out from the back rest and seat, that is by design they slip into the arm rest slots so don't try to hammer them in, instruction do not tell you that. All in all, it is not a bad chair I will use it until i get tired of not having a head rest and order a larger chair. for the price it is not a bad chair at all. arm rest could also be a little wider also. update 9/24/23 seat cannot be all foam there seems to be a bubble in it when i sit and get up it goes up and down like an air bag but is not and is uncomfortable. seat pump lowering on it's on without me sitting in it. Also, cannot contact seller for issue nothing on their store site for contact, pass on this chair, go look at different ones. ... show more

I threw away my old chair I purchased many years ago. It was easy to built. All parts were there. The chair is very supportive. The wheels roll fast. Its not hard to get around. Great deal.

got it damaged from ups. but when tried to assemble it left side screws dont match and back bored dont match. like ups mixed up contents of the package. Tried to call Amazon but keep getting routed to different people and then get rude supervisor. It's good I can open dispute with my cc.

THE DESK CHAIR IS AN AMAZON BASIC. THE CHAIR WAS EASY TO UNPACK AND ASSEMBLE, BUT IT DID TAKE SOME TIME TO COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY. IT HELPS TO LAY THE PARTS OUT PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY. THE INSTRUCTIONS CONSIST OF PICTURE STEPS TO ASSEMBLE. THE CHAIR IS STURDY, BUT AT 6'5" IT IS NOT AS COMFORTABLE AS ANTICIPATED. THE SEAT DEPTH AREA IS TOO SMALL FOR LONG LEGS, AND AFTER SITTING IN THE CHAIR FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS, THE SEAT CUSHION IS NOT THICK ENOUGH AND I CAN FEEL THE HARD SUPPORT UNDERNEATH, AND ONLY WEIGH 233 LBS. I PUT AN EGG SITTER SEAT CUSHION IN THE SEAT WHICH HELPED. THE BACK OF THE SEAT IS COMFORTABLE, BUT IS NOT HIGH ENOUGH. I WAS GOING TO REORDER A TALL MANS CHAIR, BUT IT WAS TOO MUCH OF AN INCONVENIENCE TO RETURN. OVERALL THE CHAIR WOULD MOST LIKELY BE COMFORTABLE FOR A SMALLER PERSON.
