I ordered these filters but did not need to use them for a couple months. When I did try to use these filters, it did not fit into my system. It was well past the Amazon standard return time so I reached out to the vendor directly because they boast a guarantee if it does not work they will make it right. They are in the process of giving me a full refund after I sent them a video of my issues with the replacement. Very quick response turn around.

I got these as replacements for my inline kitchen sink filter. I live in Austin TX. Our reservoir water is safe to drink, but often has a fishy taste because of invasive zebra muscles that get into the pumping systems. These filters removed that and any other unpleasant smells and tastes completely. I was surprised at how effectively they work. Definitely going to be a permanent fixture in my house.
